  • Our daughter absolutely loves it here, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff genuinely went above and beyond during her transition to daycare, taking extra time to help her feel comfortable and secure from day one. We're so grateful for their patience and care. We couldn't think of going anywhere else

  • The best daycare in York county. The teachers are wonderful and my kids love it! The activities are geared for growth. My 4 year old can already read, write, and articulate very clearly. My 7 month old enjoys his day being active with all the little arts and crafts they do.

  • By far the best teachers! My Teresa Miss Ellie, Miss Emily are just some of our favorites. The days are full of fun and learning all types of things. My daughter learned to write her full name and going into Kindergarten, I am told she aced the testing and is well ahead! My daughter has been having some very rough days due to routine changes and they have been the best guiding me through!

  • For full transparency— my children were never enrolled in this center. We went for a tour, and care for my 2.5 year old was, essentially, denied. Because of my son’s sensory seeking behaviors and needs, they weren’t sure if they could “keep him safe” there. This was determined after the director spent 5-6 minutes in a room with my son and I. Disheartening to say the least.

  • The staff in the younger rooms and the preschool rooms are always attentive, and our kids are happy here. Our kids look forward to going to hang out with their classmates and teachers every day, and the teachers always give us a detailed report of the full care received each day. You can't believe every bad review you see, because there are always a few no matter where you look. Would recommend this daycare based on the experiences over the last 4 years with multiple children.

  • I would not recommend this place. My kids didn’t seem happy after begin there 6 months. They was telling me teacher was hitting and pulling hair I told the director and she seemed like she didn’t care ,much wasn’t done the very last time my child told me a teacher hit her I pulled them out quickly. The director looking at me like I or my children were lying as she was Smirking in my face ! I’ve heard elsewhere there are teachers who pull children’s hair and are mean to the children I do not recommend!!!!! There should be no reason at all for a child to come home and say teachers are touching them

Questions parents ask about INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION

Is INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION holds Pennsylvania certificate 104094536-0009, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in York County. The current certificate runs to October 28, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on October 14, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION accept child care subsidy?

Yes. INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 10.

Does this page show inspection results for INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects INSPIRE EARLY EDUCATION's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
