  • My son started his journey at Jordan Family Learning Center when he was just 1 year old and recently graduated from their Pre-K class. Watching him grow over the years has been an amazing experience, and I truly appreciate the love, care, and support he received from everyone at the center. The teachers are all wonderful, caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. As a parent, there is no greater comfort than knowing your child is in good hands, and that’s exactly how I felt every day. Thank you to all of the amazing teachers and staff for the positive impact you’ve had on my son’s early years. We will always be grateful for everything you’ve done!

  • Whew! Let me tell ya! My son started when he was two years old. He started having very defiant behaviors that caused major issues. Hitting, screaming, biting, throwing etc! I gotten the additional support for him and that still wasn’t enough. I then waited some time. The owner SHANAE decided to talk to me and my child’s father asking is it okay if he goes back to the room that has babies( at the time he turned 3) due to him working well with the teacher coach at the time. Coach then left a few months later and so did plenty of other teachers. My son declined majorly. There was also a nurse in the class that recorded my son and I honestly should beat everyone UP!!! She would call me and manipulate me. She than asked for me to give her a chance with my kid I did and they didn’t follow any proper protocol nor any plans to assist with his behavior since he was also the smartest in his class. My son can just be privileged at times and honestly they made things worse bc I’m on top of things at home and I gotten the extra support. They also gossip way to much it’s truly a shame. Shanae also has a problem like child and should understand. My son was taking his shoes off for a period bc he was use to doing that at home CLEARLY, this dummy said he needed occupational therapy. She tried to put more on my son instead of working with him. Don’t send your kids here, If your child has any additional needs shanae do not care she will try to milk the services as her husband also works at the place where the additional services is provided!

  • This center forced my child’s nurse to be a Teacher in the classroom which led these nurses to Quit , They do not follow the ratio inside the class room, you have to force them to give you incident reports, Staff isn’t trained properly unsanitary, mice traps all over the daycare , rude nasty attitudes , and very prejudiced.

  • Jordan Family Learning Center has been a true blessing to our family! My daughter started here when she was just 2 months old and remained until she graduated at 5 years old. Throughout those years, the teachers and staff provided a loving, safe, and nurturing environment where she learned, grew, and built a strong foundation for school. What speaks volumes is that even now, at 9 years old, she looks forward to returning every year for their summer camp! That says so much about the positive impact this center has had on her. The staff genuinely care about the children, and it's clear they go above and beyond to create meaningful experiences. I am forever grateful for the love, support, and dedication Jordan Family Learning Center has shown my daughter over the years. I highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a place where their child will be treated like family and encouraged to thrive.

  • First, let me tell you. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. Not only do they not take their jobs seriously, but they don't care for the kids they have. Why am I finding out that my nieces were not fed today? Mind you, this is what they are supposed to do; the least they can do, right?! Then, the icing on the cake, they left them unattended for the entirety of their time there. This place needs to get shut down, and some action needs to happen because how can I trust these "caregivers" to provide the care my babies need?

  • I am absolutely disgusted with this daycare center! My niece was given a doctors note to return to school, the school still proceeded to call my nieces mother to tell her she can’t attend school. Even though she has a DOCTORS NOTE stating that she can! They then proceeded to feed the other children at the scheduled lunch time, & put my nieces lunch at the front door so mom could pick her up. UNACCEPTABLE!!

What is JORDAN FAMILY LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates JORDAN FAMILY LEARNING CENTER STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on December 5, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against JORDAN FAMILY LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against JORDAN FAMILY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. Does JORDAN FAMILY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. JORDAN FAMILY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for JORDAN FAMILY LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects JORDAN FAMILY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
