Joyful Milestones Family Home Daycare

My son will be 2 years old in September. He started daycare at Joyful milestones family home at 10 months old. He is always excited to attend. Since he started, everyday he brings a book for me to read or sits with it for about 15 minutes. He can already count to 15, knows his abc and speaks alot. The daycare is very thoughtful, for Thanksgiving the kids had their own feast, my son have been to the zoo twice, the museum, Hay ride and couple of other trips I was very grateful for him to get the experience. Thank you for providing an amazing experience for the kids to enjoy and learn.

I have been sending my children here for about half a year now & it has been such a great experience for my son & daughter. My son is 7 & daughter is 13 and my son has always been running behind my daughter he can’t get enough of telling me how much he loves going to this daycare. I was worried that my daughter would not like it there but I was wrong she love going to this daycare as well. The staff is very caring and easy to work with they are very accommodating with my busy work schedule. If there is anyone looking for a caring loving environment that your kids can learn and grow in I recommend Joyful Milestones family daycare! 10 out of 10 experience.

Both of my sons attended Joyfulmilestones Learning Center from the time they were 6 months old until they turned 2, and we had an amazing experience. The teachers and staff provided a safe, nurturing environment where my boys were able to grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones. I was especially impressed with how much they learned at such a young age—everything from early language skills to social interaction. The team truly cares about each child’s growth and well-being, and I’m so grateful for the strong foundation they helped build for my sons.

Extremely disappointed! After this provider pretended to establish a good professional relationship with my son and I. She then turned around and unfairly terminated my 6 MONTH OLD INFANT!!! with no formal discussion or review of her reasoning!!! She didn’t bother to call me and discuss her concerns she immediately terminated my child. All because she was informed of INCORRECT INFORMATION. This provider did not give me the chance to discuss the misunderstanding she immediately led with emotions like a child. The provider decided to not reply to any of my messages she ignored all my messages and was completely unresponsive. She acted with extreme unprofessionalism and CHILDISH behavior!!! As she always does. Anytime she had a concern she should would not say anything when I was present she would wait till the next day or while I’m on my way to work to send me long text messages instead of initiating a formal ADULT discussion/meeting. I also noticed any time she had an issue she would not send me pictures of my child or daily reports for him.When I attempted to explain to her the situation/information was incorrect, she ignored me and sent an email directing me to pick up my son’s belongings. I told her my sister was on the way she continued to ignore my messages. Then emailed and tried rushing my sister saying she was taking the children outside in 15 minutes. My sister rushed to pick up my infants belongings when she got there she told me none of the children were prepared to go outside at all. This providers actions are EXTREMELY distasteful. I lost trust from the first day when she had my son with some RANDOM MAN while she was at her fitness class. She claimed he was her brother but he was really her nephew. This man was in care of my child for 5 hours and she didn’t even tell me. This provider is sneaky! I should have took my child out the first time SHE SHOWED ME WHO SHE WAS!! When I caught this man with my child. And when I expressed my concerns she was defensive and said she doesn’t discriminate. But it wasn’t about that it was about communicating who my child is going to be with at all times. If you are a SINGLE PARENT and life is not always perfect for you. I am BEGGING you NOT to enroll your child!!! Every little thing was a problem for this lady, EVERYTHING. It was too much for my mental. I had enough on my plate and she did nothing but COMPLAIN. She has absolutely ZERO grace for single mothers. She never valued me or my child contributions to her business and I am so pissed off my child was in the care of a vindictive individual such as herself. I have already reported Joyful Milestones owner for unprofessional and unjust practices that violate the code of business conduct to the PA CHILDCARE LICENSING and Philadelphia City Commissioners Office. I’m not the one to play with when it comes to my baby AT ALL. Please DO NOT enroll your child unless you want to be discarded like trash like my 6 MONTH OLD INFANT was!!

My son has been going here for over 2years. The staff are very profesional. My son actually looks forward to going to school everyday and that is such a relief because he do not allow me to leave him anywhere without a fuss. I really appreciate the way they cater to my son he comes home everyday with something new he learned that he can't wait to tell me about. For all parents that are looking for a daycare that you can trust & that your kid will love I will choose joyful Milestones Family daycare.
