The program and staff at Mill Creek are inadequate and have no Idea how to deal or handle children. They don't let kids be kids. They are not trained or educated to handle children with behavioral problems, the staff pick on certain children because they maybe louder or more outspoken then other children. During summer months they do nothing with the kids and keep them indoors on beautiful summer days. If the kids say one wrong thing or something that should not be said , they expelled the child from the program instead of explaining what and why it was wrong to say or do. Piece of advise....take and enroll your child somewhere else.
Patti SurvisMay 16, 2025My daughter attended for 2nd-4th grade in their after school program. She enjoyed their activities and snacks. I was also pleased with their organization and accommodations for working parents.
Calandria ElizabethApr 8, 2021My son has been a part of KidTime since he was 4 in 2016. Tara has been along our journey ever since! Miss Laura was there for a year or 2 and then we switched school from Mill Creek Elementary to Brookwood Elementary. The staff at Kidtime made it an easy transition. At Brookwood we had Mr Zack, and Mr Joe had switch from Mill Creek to Brookwood. My son loves the staff at Kidtime, even though some times he doesn't cooperate. Whenever we had an issue with another student, the staff was very on top of it. It's like family.
Brenda SuzanneJan 31, 2021My son LOVES kid time!! The staff are very caring and professional! During these very uncertain and confusing times, KT helped make the school year comfortable and enjoyable. The communication is amazing. With all the students attending KT, every family gets treated like the only family.
Lynn MusnuffJan 31, 2021As a first time mom, the thought of leaving my 10 month old son was extremely difficult for me. But Laura made it such a positive experience not only for my son but for me. I always get photos of him having a great time right after dropping him off. Which makes me feel a whole lot better! They are always updating me through an app on what he’s eating, diaper changes, and naps. As well as super cute pictures. My son no longer cries when I drop him off and that along with everything else assures me I made the right choice on choosing this daycare.
Stephanie FabianJan 13, 2021Both of my kids attend Kid Time. We absolutely love it there! The staff is unbelievably kind and caring. My little one is learning so much. My older one is getting the best help while she is taught via hybrid schooling. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We are very pleased with them. The communication with the staff and our family is amazing too!! Just a wonderful group of caretakers here. I cannot say more positive words. They are literally the best!!

Questions parents ask about KID TIME CARES
Is KID TIME CARES a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. KID TIME CARES holds Pennsylvania certificate 101997963-0007, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Bucks County. The current certificate runs to February 4, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is KID TIME CARES's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates KID TIME CARES STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on December 6, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against KID TIME CARES?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against KID TIME CARES at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does KID TIME CARES accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. KID TIME CARES holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 16.
Does this page show inspection results for KID TIME CARES?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects KID TIME CARES's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
