  • My daughter started here at 7 months old. The teachers have been incredible at communicating, helping us navigate the transition, and have seen her flourish. My husband and I are so happy we decided to enroll her here, all teachers love your kids as their own, and it helps build trust between parents and the academy. My daughter is learning Spanish at home and the teachers have taken the time to learn some words for consistency. The facility is clean, great toys, schedule is clear, curriculum is top notch, communication has been wonderful, and the staff is friendly and professional. If I could give it a million stars, I would!

  • If I could give this center 0 stars I would. My kids were enrolled less than 4 days and the center director reached out to let me know she was unenrolling my son due to behavior issues he was having that very same day. I asked the center how their first week went and was told that both of my sons had a great first week and were doing well, only to be told a completely different story today, day 4. Without notice, they kicked both of my sons out, unenrolling them and leaving me without childcare. My kids attended kiddie academy Harrisburg for 2 years and never once was behavior a concern severe enough for immediate dis-enrollment. I only moved them to this center because of the location being close to home, but definitely feel as though their decision was racially based. Their staff wasn’t welcoming, nor did they seem to have a genuine concern on finding solutions for my son’s bad day. No one asked what methods of redirection would be helpful, or even cared to acknowledge the fact that again, this is a new center for my boys so the transition period is expected to be rough! Any normal center would document issues and address concerns formally, NOT immediately unenroll the same day. 4 days is still a transition period, and it’s only normal for a 3 year old to test the limits of teachers in a new setting. Train your staff properly to handle ALL personalities of children, and don’t waste another families time of enrolling just to unenroll 4 days later! As a working single mom I’m now left with no childcare, and in a difficult space of trying to find a center that has space for both my boys when they could’ve just stayed at their previous daycare

  • Kiddie Academy Silver Spring Township is great! The director Alyssa is easy to get a hold of and answers all concerns or questions fast! My son loves going to preschool and their structured learning style has fully prepared him for kindergarten. I find comfort knowing my son loves his teachers and going to school everyday.

  • We've been enrolled since our child was three months old, and the care has been consistently wonderful. What stands out most is how nurturing and attentive the staff are - they genuinely know and care about my child as an individual. The educational activities are age-appropriate and engaging, and I can see how much my child is learning and developing! The camera access and daily communication about what my child is doing, eating, and learning gives me such peace of mind during the day. It's clear that everyone on the team is passionate about early childhood development, and that makes all the difference. We feel so fortunate to have found a place where our child is not just cared for, but truly thrives. ❤️

  • The staff and teachers here are amazing! They’re so caring and organized, and our daughter loved this school. We really liked how they encourage kids with little prizes for good behavior and participation. They also give parents clear feedback on how we can support our child’s growth and development, which was super helpful. They plan lot of fun activities for kiddos indoor and outdoors, we recently went to their annual carnival which was so much fun for kids and parents to get to know and interact.

  • My daughter is two almost 3, and we changed schools about a month ago because of staffing issues and no schedule at her old school. Since joining the KA family, we have seen a dramatic change. The staff is amazing. Everytime we see any staff member, regardless of if she has them in class, they go out of their way to say hello, and make her feel welcomed. On the other hand, the amount of activities my daughter has done has exceeded my expectations. She is always learning new things and their day is always busy. If I knew about this school when she was a baby, we would have enrolled in here in the beginning. I am so happy we changed and I could not be more thankful my daughter gets this experience.
