My son attended this daycare, and I am very happy with our experience. I would like to thank the entire staff for your care, kindness, and love for the children. During this time, my son learned so much, became more independent, made friends, and always enjoyed going to daycare. Thank you to the teachers and everyone at the daycare for your support, attention, and the warm atmosphere you create every day!
Інна КушликJul 10, 2026We recently toured this daycare and had such a wonderful experience. The manager was extremely informative, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail — even answering questions before I had a chance to ask them. I truly appreciated how thorough and transparent the tour was. A few weeks prior, I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, and she is incredibly kind and sweet. You can feel that she genuinely cares about the children and the environment they are creating. The facility itself is beautiful, very clean, and well organized. The kitchen spotless and well maintained, just like the rest of the space. The classrooms felt warm, structured, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, it feels like a safe, nurturing, and thoughtfully run place for children. I left feeling confident and reassured.
Olena AFeb 27, 2026Our child has been attending this daycare for about a year now. The teachers are respectful, caring and loving towards all of the children. The teachers often look after the children as if they were their own. They are always very professional but also personable. Regarding the bad review Mr. Sanchez left a few days ago, we were witness to the situation and how he is portraying it is absolutely false. We want to preface this with the fact that we remember our own initial tour and we were very clearly told that it had to be scheduled beforehand and that an administrator or director needed to be present. This individual came close to closing/pickup time and demanded to have a tour. The teacher Alina had provided the individual with all the necessary information to schedule an appointment and explained the situation regarding an administrator needing to be present for the tour. As mentioned previously the individual continued behaving in an aggressive manor towards the teacher due to her no allowing them in for the tour. This did occur on the very stormy late afternoon however, even with the aforementioned facts, Alina did not “expel” this individual out into the storm as noted in their review, and they remained in the entranceway which was absolutely, dry and shielded from all elements. This did however, contribute to blocking other parents from being able to get their children in a timely manner, ourselves included. We personally would like to thank the staff for putting the safety of our children as the number one priority and not allowing a stranger enter the premises beyond the front door. We also commend them for staying calm, cool and collected throughout the situation.

Questions parents ask about KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER
Is KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103256148-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to February 21, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on December 28, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects KIDS CASTLE LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
