This Center Is Very Unprofessional. The Director Is Very Nasty Rude And Disrespectful. She Cuts A lot Of Corners & As Soon As She’s Informed About Something That Needs To Be Corrected She Takes Offense Instead Of Correcting The Problems She Argues Go Back and Forth And Says “You Complain Too Much” my Daughter Has Been Going Kidz Academy Since She Was 4 Months (She’s Currently 2) On SEVERAL Occasions She’s Been Sent Home With Other Children’s Bottles Clothes Jackets And Pampers . My Daughter Have Been Sent Home On Several Occasions With Soaking Wet Pampers Clothes That Have Feces On Them & Clothes Stuffed In Her Diaper Bag With Feces On Them . She’s Been Sent Home With Dirty Clothes Even When She Has A Extra Outfit In Her Bag And When I Brought It To Her Attention She Told Me To Stop Bringing My Daughter In Nice Clothes and To Tell Staff To Change Her . Everytime I Bring Something To The Directors Attention She Always Has An Attitude And It’s Always Everybody Else’s Fault And Instead Of Correcting The Problems She Gets Defensive And Gets Unprofessional. She Hires New Staff And Dont Notify Parents . A Older Lady That Works At The Center (Don’t Know Her Name Because I Was Never Properly Introduced ) Let My Child Run Around The Center With No Pants On No Shoes On And When It Was Pick Up Time She Let My Daughter Come Outside With No Pants Or Shoes Just A Shirt And Pamper On . When I Addressed The Director About It She Told Me “ She Don’t Have Kids She Never Raised A Kid Before So She Dont Know Any Better “ The Director Hires People And Dont Train Them . It Was A Fire Above The Center And I Was Never Notified When I Addressed Her She Told Me “ I Dont Have To Notify You If Nothing Happened To Your Child & I Took The Children Outside” . She Ask Parents To Write Good Google Reviews In Return For A Waived Copayment Fee . A Staff Member Broke My Daughter Custom Cup When I Asked To Be Reimbursed For Her Cup She Told Me She Would Replace It Then She Told Me Im The One That Lost It To Shes Not Reimbursing Me . Director Makes Up Her Own “School Closure Dates” & Even Closes Center Last Minute When Not Scheduled To Be Closed. This Center Has No educational Value They Don’t Do Daily Reports They Don’t Inform Parents Of Child’s Progress Unless Asked And Staff Always Lie . Center Lost Meal Program With The State (Which I Don’t Understand How You Can Lose A Meal Program with The State And Is At Full Capacity With Kids )and Parents Was Forced To Provide Meals Last Minute . Everytime I Send My Daughter To The Center With Food And Snacks The Same Food And Snack Are In Her Bag When I Pick Her Up After 8 Hours ! This Center Lets Kids Come To The Center Sick & Will Call Parents And Make Up Lies Saying Kid Is Sick When Staff Dont Feel Like Staying Or Want To Leave Early. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND This Center Very Unprofessional.

My kids having been attending Kidz Academy for over 2 years. The staff is experienced, professional and patient with the children. I love that my kids learn while at the center and they have great hours which makes it convenient for working parents. I highly recommend this facility!!

I really like this childcare for my kids. My daughter is 3 and my son is 1 almost 2. My daughter tells me she likes school. There isn't a day that she doesn't want to go. My son is very attached to me seeing as though this is his first daycare at this age.. the first day he cried all day of course but by the second day when I walked in he was having a good time playing with the kids and his sister. They feed my kids breakfast and lunch and snacks because they are part time but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what full time has in store for my young ones. I would highly recommend

My experience with this daycare is wonderful. My kids have been attending since March. They are super professional and reliable. They keep you up to date about your children's growth and their day to day activities. My toddler loves the center as well. Before he started he was speech delayed and would not talk. But, in the three months of him attending this daycare he has been saying more words. They interact with the children. I have walked in to pick my kids up and they have all the children sitting in a circle reading books to them. I can go on and on. Overall if I could give this daycare a million stars I would. Everyone in the center is amazing.

My kids are happy, they serve meals and the staff are very friendly. They send daily pictures of the kids on what they are doing throughout the day and they offer evening and overnight care and pick up/drop off for my oldest son who goes to speech 2x a weekly. These people are a blessing and I thank God for the help
