  • Honestly this is the best center of children's development. Children's centered, no electric devices only children's development. Thanks ones again for opportunity of accepting my child. Pray for this company grows more and more. 🩷🩷

  • My daughter Kinny has been going here since she was 3 months since they have come under new management it has gone completely down hill. They closed my daughters class with no notice not even allowing her to say goodbye to her friends and teachers. Ms. Maggie and Ms. Ruth did an amazing job with her and wish my daughter would have been able to say good bye properly. Now I am without care and have been waitlisted for most quality daycares. If any parent from the young toddler day care reads this and is interested in setting up a farewell play date for the kiddies please let me know.

  • Avoid if you don’t want to be scrambling at the last minute looking for alternative childcare because they cannot properly staff their center. My child had been going to kings college early learning center since he was 3 months old (current 1.5 years old). Kings hired on a company (ABC kiddie Kampus) to run the center and it has gone down hill ever since. To start, this week they told us on Monday that they were going to have to shut the classroom down for the week due to staffing shortages. Ok - fine, we found alternative coverage for the week. Then on Wednesday they told us they are shutting down the classroom for the unforeseeable future due to staffing shortages. With wait lists at every daycare we are now scrambling trying to figure out what to do. This isn’t my only complaint. Since ABC Kiddie Kampus has taken over the quality of food provided has significantly declined. They provide cereal for almost every breakfast meal, afternoon snack is usually animal crackers and juice. We’ve voiced our concerns about the food and they said they would look into it, but nothing had changed while we were there. They used to provide daily updates about what my child would do for the day. When the new company took over we were lucky to get an update twice a week. I really hate to write a bad review because I will say there were 2 teachers (Miss Ruth & Miss Maggie) who worked very hard, were so kind, and loved my child which makes me sad that this company is putting the center in such a negative light. But at the end of the day this center is now a poorly run daycare with issues that need to be addressed and it doesn’t seem like this new company cares. Also beware.- some of the positive reviews you see on google were written by staff members (not actual parents who had their kids at the center).

  • Kings College Early Learning Center has been simply amazing! During a pandemic, I continue to feel safe leaving my son in the care of each and every one of its Staff members. They continue to make sure they keep my family connected during these uncertain times, and are always willing to help in any way they can.

  • I have had two children in the center for the past 2 years. I researched many child care facilities in my area, and Bright Horizons is the absolute best for working families! The center is safe, secure, organized and have been very flexible in meeting my family's needs. The teachers and staff are caring, and professional. As a teacher myself, I appreciate the structured curriculum. My oldest was more than prepared to begin Kindergarten this year! The transition to KG was seamless for her, and her teacher commented on how much prior knowledge she came into KG with! My children absolutely LOVE school and I give all the credit to Bright Horizons at Kings College!

  • The Bright Horizons at King's College Early Learning Center is fantastic! The obvious convenience with location is ideal, but the relationships that have been built with our children, teachers, and directors are unbelievable. Our kids love coming to school everyday and learning something new. We can't say enough about the experience we've had here and highly recommend this location to parents in the future!

Pennsylvania rates KINGS COLLEGE EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAR 4 - ACC, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on October 29, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against KINGS COLLEGE EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against KINGS COLLEGE EARLY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does KINGS COLLEGE EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. KINGS COLLEGE EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 11.

Does this page show inspection results for KINGS COLLEGE EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects KINGS COLLEGE EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
