  • This DayCare and Staff are amazing!!! My child’s been going here since they were 15 months old. They’ve been there for every milestone, my child is going into kindergarten now so that should tell you everything you need to know. I don’t play about my child and I have never gotten a weird feeling even when they got hurt they reported to me immediately or at pick up. Getting photos during the day is something that always put a smile on my face while I’m at work. I owe this daycare and staff a lot they’ve been there every step of the way, they treat my child as I do. They’re the reason my baby got potty trained so easily lol. They’re always there when you need to talk. My child is very intelligent with the help of their pre-k program. Most importantly they are understanding, I am thankful for Mrs. Danielle and her staff/team. Your child will be Safe Here.

Questions parents ask about LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE

Is LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE holds Pennsylvania certificate 103096302-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Allegheny County. The current certificate runs to December 10, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on February 2, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE accept child care subsidy?

Yes. LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 5.

Does this page show inspection results for LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects LEARNING AND EDUCATIONAL DAYCARE's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
