  • I couldn’t be happier with our experience at this daycare! The director, Ms.Monica, has been absolutely amazing. She helped get my daughter enrolled so quickly and made the transition feel smooth and welcoming. We are about two weeks in, and my daughter is already the happiest I’ve seen her. This has been a million steps up from her previous daycare. The teachers truly care, are very engaged with the children, and create such a positive learning environment. I’ve already seen so much growth in my daughter she has learned two different signs and is starting to say more words. It’s such a relief knowing she is somewhere she feels loved, supported, and encouraged to learn. Thank you, Ms.Monica and the entire team, for everything you do!

  • What can I say??!! My grandson has been at this facility going on week 2 in the Preppers 1 class and those teachers in that room (Ms. Katie and Ms. Lauren) are absolutely AMAZING. The classroom is structured, children are engaged and learning, natured and loved, and very well taken care of. The level of engagement for 2 yr olds is quite outstanding and to hear my grandson talk about he had learned does my heart good. The communication from staff to family is outstanding and the pictures of the children being engaged is just an added bonus. You can tell that the staff cares and how the children light up when they see Ms Katie and Ms Lauren eases my mind knowing that my grandchild is in a safe and educational environment with them. Thank you for the wonderful facility and learning environment that is caring, kind, and loving to my grandson and other children.

  • I have been so grateful, appreciative, and very very lucky to have my now toddler start in what was the new infant 1 room in Dec of 2023 when every single daycare in the area was full for months on end waiting lists. My nephew also started here a little later. We have grown with the teachers (very little turnover) and staff who have taken over as well (even some classmates) who have started with her and become part of our village/family over the last 2 almost 3 years now as we see each other full time every day. As a parent of two children one being a teenager whom hit every milestone early or right on time and my now youngest being recently diagnosed on the spectrum I have had tremendous help in navigating how to help her and help myself as well as this is definitely a much different experience. Also, having my oldest at two different daycares when she was younger (neither of which was learning ladder) I wouldn't recommended anywhere else but Learning Ladder Academy.. truly a Google review is the bare minimum I can do. However, the daycare itself is always going above and beyond in how they provide care and consideration for all children and their families. Looking for new ways to accommodate and advocate for all of them and ALWAYS have something going on almost every week to keep all ages engaged. My 2.5 year old is thriving with all the teachers and help she's able to receive or absorb throughout the day. Bubble parties, pizza Fridays, pictures with Santa, plenty of events for parents and families to attend throughout the year. Parents night out events for the older kids. The kids always have a theme week and some sort of curriculum plan. The toddler rooms also practice potty training. My daughters therapists and all others are always welcome on a very go with the flow basis so every child can receive whatever they need while we're at work which is a major plus. Even the pre pre k rooms have circle time, art class etc activities daily. I really could go on forever, but this is just a review so call today take a tour and see for yourself!! The directors and the teachers are one of a kind and without people who actually care what kind of care would you have?.... and yes they also have an app to keep up with your kid/s all day!

  • Absolutely amazing daycare! As a parent of a baby, trusting someone with your little one is never easy, but the staff here made us feel comfortable from day one. They are so loving, attentive, and patient, and I can tell my baby is genuinely cared for throughout the day. I love getting updates and seeing how happy and comfortable my baby is there. The environment is always clean, warm, and welcoming. I’m so grateful we found this daycare and highly recommend it to any parent looking for quality infant care!

  • This daycare has been a wonderful experience for our family. All of the teachers are incredibly welcoming and always excited to see my daughter, which speaks volumes about the positive environment they’ve created. Their personalities are warm, patient, and genuinely caring. They are always willing to work with me as a parent and have been very supportive in helping my daughter reach her milestones. I truly feel like we’re a team when it comes to her growth and development. Leaving my daughter in their care feels like leaving her with family, which gives me so much peace of mind. I’m very grateful for the love and attention they provide every day to her!

  • My kids started late December of 2025, might sound like a small amount of time but the difference between this center/school to the previous center my kids were attending are uncanny! My kids used to cry at pickup, never understood why.. the “not allowing” parents into the building rule never sat right with me. But the level of honesty, openness, and humbleness learning ladder academy has provided to me and my kids I will forever be grateful. They have helped so much and have been so patient with my autistic 4year old son, they helped me get services for him to benefit his overall wellbeing. The amount of things my daughter has learned in such little time is absolutely astounding! The staff are so welcoming and caring for each kiddo in there, as well as the director Monica, a wonderful person who has been there from beginning to now. I cannot stop recommending people over to this center, they will not regret it. It’s truly one of the best things you can do for your child. They will be very well taken care of.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against LEARNING LADDER ACADEMY LLC?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against LEARNING LADDER ACADEMY LLC at the time the record was published. Does LEARNING LADDER ACADEMY LLC accept child care subsidy?

Yes. LEARNING LADDER ACADEMY LLC holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 13.

Does this page show inspection results for LEARNING LADDER ACADEMY LLC?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects LEARNING LADDER ACADEMY LLC's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
