Hope they have cameras on their vans. She was tailgating me from Roosevelt elementary till the light of S Albert St and Emmaus Ave where she finally went around me. This was around 9:10 AM. I dont know if she had kids in the van but when she saw I was recording thats when she put her seat belt on. Unsafe person to be driving kids around.
