I feel tremendous relief dropping my daughter off with people who care for her with such thoughtfulness, diligence, and joy.
Shira EngelMay 29, 2026If you value your time, stay away from this place! They said they would have a spot for me and then ghosted me for months; never replied many follow-up messages I sent. Super unprofessional!
Senem Kurtoglu LubinJun 13, 2024Our 2 year old asks most mornings if we can ‘take her to school now?’. She loves the kids, the staff and the activities provided and has thrived in their care. We have experienced some of the issues others have mentioned around communication and organization, but these things have improved dramatically in the last 6 months with the introduction of brightwheel and will continue to do so now that Fishtown is officially open. The space is bright and airy. They feed the kids multiple times a day and try to get outside to the park every day regardless of the weather. We receive regular photos/updates and adorable artwork made by the little ones. They have made significant changes in Covid protocols to keep the kids safe and we feel confident knowing our daughter is in safe hands. I can and do regularly recommend Liberty Learning to other parents. Persevere with the application process if you can. It’s worth the wait
Will RogersNov 12, 2021From day one when we sent our son as a 3 month old, Liberty Learning has felt like a family. The staff truly love the children. The lesson plans and activities are thoughtfully planned out. The children receive 2 meals and 2 snacks a day! The staff communicate consistently and we always know what is going on. Now our son is almost 3, and we wouldn't dream of sending him anywhere else!
Julie LenardNov 9, 2021We were lucky enough to get our son in at LLC Northern Liberties at 3 months old and we are still very happy 10 months later. Ms. Katie and the LLC staff are welcoming, professional, and thorough. They really get to know you and your child and work with you to support their learning, growth and development. We are in regular communication with his teachers and they provide updates all day long via the mobile app. They are also super flexible and accommodating. We can't say enough about Ms. Bri, Ms. Lex, and Ms. Nay!
Sandra StrangOct 28, 2021My child has been going to LLC in NoLibs for 4 months and it has been an excellent experience so far. The staff are very friendly and genuinely care for my child. There is so much fun and learning had every day; and the price is right. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. The COVID protocols are reasonable and I've felt as good as can be expected sending my child here during the pandemic. The facility is large enough for the number of kids, it is very clean and well organized. I think the menu could be a little healthier, but it is appropriate for the price and I'm free to send in extra fruit if needed. There is some major room for improvement when it comes to communication though. There is no formal website for information or billing. Getting your child into this daycare is very difficult; we waited over a year, during which communication was sporadic and unclear. Once you get your child in, communication improves. Overall, this is great childcare and I would recommend it. 4/5.

Questions parents ask about LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER
Is LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103020832-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to August 13, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on February 15, 2020. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects LIBERTY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
