My son has been here for nearly two years and we all love it! The staff are all super friendly and seem to know each child and family well. We will definitely be sad when he "ages out" for kindergarten.
Brittany NicoleMar 28, 2026We have had a wonderful experience with Little Dreams. The lead teacher of my daughter’s class met with us before we officially registered her, which was so helpful and gave us peace of mind. Our daughter is learning many new things, and comes home singing the songs she learned and talking about the friends she has made here. The communication has been fantastic as well!! We are so grateful we found Little Dreams.
Alexandra GreinerAug 2, 2024They kicked my 3 year old out half way through his SECOND day. My son has a speech delay from chronic ear infections as a baby and just recently getting tubes (All things that I informed them of during my tour…) Therefore, being at a new place with strangers, he was disruptive during the day and getting frustrated that nobody understood him. He spent a year and a half at another daycare and they did great with him. I switched to Little dreams daycare because it had good reviews, it was much closer to home, and it was a better financial option. I was on their waitlist for 6 months. A spot finally opened up and I decided to move him. On his SECOND day they messaged me and told me that they could no longer continue care for him. What do they expect me to do?!? No notice or anything. So now I have no care for my kid and can’t go to work. They had ZERO patience for my child and had no problem risking my livelihood because my child was too much for them to handle. Do not send your child here unless they are perfect. **update: They are brushing off my review as if I’m not actually in need of care. They were fully aware of my summer custody schedule with their father and knew that I needed full time care come the fall. They were also fully informed on his communication delay and hearing issues. Here I am, over 2 months later, and still do not have care for my child. I haven’t been able to work since they kicked my son out and I have no end in sight. Every daycare I call is on a waitlist with no plans of openings. The bottom line is that they didn’t want to give my boy the time of day, because he has had hearing issues since birth and his speech is delayed. They didn’t want to give him even a chance to get acclimated to his new daycare and his new teachers. They GAVE UP on him after just a few hours. These people will not love your children.
Ashley AleshireJul 26, 2024This facility strives for excellence in the care they provide. The teachers and staff are courteous and respectful. The building and rooms are clean and well maintained. The daycare was recently bought out by a new owner who is already making improvements including the transition to using the Brightwheel app for correspondence as well as to make payments if preferred. The prices have been some of the best around, although an upcoming sharp increase was just announced for certain age groups in the near future. The only real "downsides" to the facility are its small size and the lack of providing snacks or meals. The small size leaves minimal indoor play space especially when there is inclement weather when the children are unable to go outside to play. The lack of snacks or meals means more food purchasing and prep on the part of the parents. Regardless, I would still highly recommend this facility.
Austin PardoeApr 9, 2024From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted by warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is professional, caring, and shows genuine affection for the children under their watch. It's clear that providing a safe and nurturing environment for our little ones is of the utmost importance. Communication between the daycare and parents is fantastic. Regular updates, daily reports, and open-door policies ensure that I always feel connected and informed about my child's progress and well-being. We’ve had some tough times and personal issues at home, but the staff has always been there to help us through it. We knew that they would always help us with new inventive ways to keep happy and safe. Above all, what sets Little Dreams apart is the genuine love and care they have for each child. It's evident in the relationships formed, the smiles exchanged, and the little moments of joy witnessed every day.
Andrew ShankMar 13, 2024What a great daycare. Staff is amazing, and are alway doing activities with the children. They have a calendar that comes home every month showing upcoming events and activities that will take place each day. My son has been with them for 4 years and I have trusted them like family every step of the way. My son is always super excited to go and never has a bad thing to say when we pick him up. They also take the time to make notes of how their day went, what their favorite part was, or will let me know of any behavioral issues or incidents that may have happened that day so that I can address them with my child. We are so blessed to have them as part of our family. Would recommend to anyone. Also they are very affordable in comparison to other facilities we had looked into.

Questions parents ask about LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG
Is LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG holds Pennsylvania certificate 104281163-0002, listed as "SANCTIONED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in York County. The current certificate runs to November 6, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania publishes no Keystone STARS tier for LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG. Keystone STARS is voluntary, so a provider with no tier has not taken part rather than been judged. Licensing and STARS are separate: a provider without a tier is still certified and still inspected.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG?
- The state's provider dataset records a negative sanction against LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG. That flag is all Pennsylvania publishes in this dataset: it does not say what the sanction was, when it happened, or how serious it was, and a sanction can range from a paperwork lapse to a serious finding. Look the provider up at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch and read the licensing record before drawing a conclusion from this line.
Does LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 10.
Does this page show inspection results for LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects LITTLE DREAMS DILLSBURG's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
