Adrianna CarlaJan 15, 2024My 3 yr old step-son attends this preschool & I have nothing but wonderful things to say! From posting pictures in the app when he first started so that we didn't worry, to the teachers spending their own money to buy him birthday decorations. The new owner & entire facility is great with the kids, not to mention Ms Brooke & Ms Erika are wonderful!
Erica SchmidtMay 3, 2023I went in recently to take a tour of the daycare for my little one and it is under NEW ownership! The female I met with was the one running the place and she was very nice. She had one student with her that was about 7 or 8yrs old he clearly liked being with her but he wasnt much of a listener when she had asked him to do certain things to avoid interrupting our tour. But eventually she sent him into his class and he stood with the class. The infant room was very nice and easy small sized. Not many babies & toddlers in the room. But only thing that bothered me was having to going in to the infants room through another class room but she did notify me during our tour that they were soon going to change the entrance/exit for easier access of the parents and they will also be updating the sign in/out sheet to electronic sign in/out. Prior owner to the daycare was very old school had everything done by paper and and gave a horrible service to the other parent which led to bad reviews. But its under NEW ownership, lets give her a change to change it and give the parents what we need.. TRUST, HONESTY, RESPECT and CARE for our little ones! ❤️
Destiny MascorroDec 20, 2022Was the first time for my babies at a daycare and this was the only place I found with opening space for them also the worst first experience….. first of all they were not even nice enough to walk me and tell me the things the kids needed every day they just gave me a whole package of paperwork to fill out and call me everyday at noon my 3 yr old boy was nose bleeding which was not normal for him to bleed every single day specially at nap time weird and they kept on calling me out of work to pick my kids up because they did not wanted to take a nap and sit in a mat they are just kids and first experience in a daycare was the worst my.little ones lost weight in the week and scared of this place ….. finally found another daycare which everyone is nice and detailed explained rules and things needed for them they are happy to attend the new daycare nothing compare to bad first experience we had at little Jems …… I personally did not like it at all not even they place itself looks not nice either ….. to finish up the second day they called me out of work I couldn’t get out and asked my mother in law to pick them up and they were not asked for an ID and the last day daddy picked them up he had to go back home and get his ID which is kind of weird why would they let the kids go with people without Asking for an ID
M RMay 13, 2022My kids love this place, Miss Brooke is awesome when it comes to making reports about my daughters day. They always go in happy and leave happy.

- Yes. LITTLE JEMS CHILDRENS CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 100135550-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Bucks County. The current certificate runs to January 15, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is LITTLE JEMS CHILDRENS CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates LITTLE JEMS CHILDRENS CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on June 14, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against LITTLE JEMS CHILDRENS CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against LITTLE JEMS CHILDRENS CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does LITTLE JEMS CHILDRENS CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. LITTLE JEMS CHILDRENS CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 16.
Does this page show inspection results for LITTLE JEMS CHILDRENS CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects LITTLE JEMS CHILDRENS CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
