Recent parent reviews

  • We are new to their facility, but I’ve been a mother for almost 18 years & all of my 6 children have gone through daycare centers. When I was in the search for a new daycare for my 2.5 year old and toured Little Learners, I KNEW that this center would be a perfect fit for my son. It was CLEAN, WELCOMING, decorated with the children in mind. I love the structure they provide to my son, the learning activities they do daily with the children are PHENOMENAL. I also enjoy getting updates/pictures of my son’s day through the app they use. The staff at this center have a passion for working with kids & it shows. I’m so relieved I made the decision to enroll my son at Little Learners.

Questions parents ask about LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER

Is LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 104289330-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Cumberland County. The current certificate runs to December 4, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on December 19, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 9.

Does this page show inspection results for LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects LITTLE LEARNERS LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
