  • Our children had a wonderful experience here. Ms. Carol and the entire staff truly go above and beyond for the children and their families. They create such a warm, loving, and caring environment that our kids genuinely looked forward to going every day. After we moved out of the country, my girls cried because they missed everyone so much and kept asking to FaceTime their teachers. That says everything about how special this daycare is. Thank you, Ms. Carol and the entire team, for loving and caring for our children. We will always be grateful for the memories you gave our family.

  • This daycare has been an incredible place for my child, and I can’t say enough positive things about the staff. The teachers truly go above and beyond every single day showing understanding, and genuine care. They also have so much patience - my child is VERY challenging and has been there for a few years now and they never gave up on her and that means the world to me. They take the time to support, encourage, and work with the kids in a way that makes a real difference. The staff truly love what they do, and it shows in the nurturing environment they create, how far my child has come, how much my child loves her teachers, and how excited she is to go to school every morning.

  • I give this daycare a 10/10, ESPECIALLY for families with children on the spectrum. I absolutely love this daycare! My son has been attending this daycare for about a year now, and I ONLY have good things to say about the entire experience from start to finish. My son is on the spectrum, he has level two Autism and that was something I made sure to lead with at the initial interview. The entire staff made me feel very welcome and answered all of my questions and inquiries during the first tour. We had an additional tour where I had to bring my son in, and they made him feel no different than any other child in the center. My son is able to receive his regular therapy sessions without any issues and is never left behind. Little Scholars does a phenomenal job with inclusion and that’s something I am VERY big on being that I am a mother to a child on the spectrum. The staff are very professional, have very open communication, and really work with families who are in need of major accommodation. All staff members truly put their hearts into the children. Furthermore, the children’s safety and well-being is top priority here. I have no regrets, and I would recommend choosing this daycare for anyone who’s looking!

  • This daycare has been the best part of my move to Effort! My kid feels welcomed and nurtured and I am at ease with her care. Anyone looking for a caring, compassionate group of people to entrust their children to should turn LSA. I highly recommend them.

  • Do not go to this daycare! Initial staff told me My son can attend this daycare then the awful Director called me to say he cannot attend because he's on the spectrum. They were not on the same page. They have other kids on the spectrum there as well and I was expecting a call from the owner to further discuss and I did not receive that. They try to put the "nice" staff on the front end to cover up the disgusting ones on the back. They were not honest from the beginning and if proper trainings are needed, do it especially with them saying they've been in business for years. Not plausible.

  • I was a stay at home mom until my daughter was practically 2. I am passionate about my childs learning, safety, and well-being. I have never been concerned about these things with my child being enrolled at LSA. They are EXTREMELY organized (some parents may not like that). They sit with you and review a contract with drop off and pick up times, supplies, protocols, contacts, etc. If changes are made, the owner Ms. Carol holds meetings to update parents in advance. Every single teacher and staff member is attentive and truly loves what they do. My daughter has had Ms. Blanca, Ms. Theresa, and now Ms. Liz. She is 4 and can do tasks such as write her full name and basic addition and subtraction (Ms. Liz is truly a great teacher and potty training guru). I get updates on what she is learning in class so we can practice at home. With LSA's curriculum and standards my daughter is more than prepared for kindergarten. As I previously mentioned some parents may dislike the structure but they have very clear pick up and drop off times, a cut off for drop off so children aren't distracted when learning, and are an overall organized school. If you are an ACTIVE parent and you want a place for your child that is safe, staff that truly care for your child, and a school that prioritizes academics, then this is your school. I pass about 5 daycares and travel 20 min from my home to take my child to LSA and I wouldn't change it!
