  • I tried calling here it says phone number is disconnected. Please change if not in business.

  • If you actually give a darn about your child and care about what they learn send them to little stars, no one cares more than Ms.S and Mrs T about making sure that every child in their care is safe and healthy and learning something everyday! These are the people that you want to leave your kid with. Thanks Ms Nina!

  • My son had an incident which I was notified hours later by the owner not by the person who care he was initially in!!! Resulting into him having to be picked because I was told that he “fell into the table” not making me aware of which type of level of care he needed which required me having to take him to the emergency care because he needed stitches. I wouldn’t advise any parent to consider there kids at this daycare. The owner Ms Nina lacks the necessary skills to run a business!!! To act one way in private and another way with her actions not aligning with her words ever. She also has her mom which is a elderly lady working under her and other staff I wouldn’t say all but some are not passionate about working with kids and are very frustrated with their job and yelling all day at kids. Which makes them answer the door very slow due to not having things under control. It’s unfortunate for these daycares to barely have reviews because they rather just change the child without the extra steps in letting others know what’s going on at these facilities.

Yes. LITTLE STARS DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103028652-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to April 4, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is LITTLE STARS DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates LITTLE STARS DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on September 8, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against LITTLE STARS DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against LITTLE STARS DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does LITTLE STARS DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. LITTLE STARS DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for LITTLE STARS DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects LITTLE STARS DAYCARE & LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
