  • We’ve been here for over 7 years (for multiple kids) and LVLC is hands down the greatest daycare around. You will not find a center to love your kids more! They do the most amazing activities, picnics, events! And our oldest was beyond kindergarten ready! They do an amazing job at Little Village!! ❤️

  • We got SO lucky that they had a spot available in their infant room when we had our foster baby placed and were given 4 days to prepare for him. They've been nothing but wonderful since!

  • Such a fantastic family owned daycare. The staff takes great care of your kiddos and not just one teacher, everyone puts in a group effort and all show love to your little one all day. Great communication between the teachers and parents and my little one always comes home with lots of fun stories and homemade crafts! The owner is always quick to step in to help whenever needed and is so friendly! I love that this place doesn't have the super structured cookie cutter feel of the the average chain daycare centers but instead feels like family watching your kids. Highly recommend

Questions parents ask about LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER

Is LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103915321-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Allegheny County. The current certificate runs to September 16, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on September 9, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 5.

Does this page show inspection results for LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects LITTLE VILLAGE LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
