At first, the daycare was wonderful and you started to see what really goes on here. My kids would always come home in a dirty diaper and always go to school with a dirty diaper. They refuse to even change my children before school or after they got back to the daycare from school And when I let them know, I was leaving my four-year-old‘s behavior became a nightmare to the point he would scream he doesn’t wanna go inside. I might not know what happened in the last week. They were there, but just now I will never recommend this daycare. And also, I told this director I would have the second key fob turned today or sometime before the end of the week and she charged me for missing and key fob. Guess what you ain’t getting your key back cause you’re not gonna sit here and charge me $25 for something I told you the second one would be in before the end of the week if you ever want a daycare don’t recommend this one.
JohnApr 28, 2026Kind and friendly staff/teachers who care about the kids. While the teachers were wonderful, leadership did not always reflect the same level of kindness or approachability. Tuition is on the higher side, and some policies were a bit frustrating, but overall a mixed experience
Breonna HoffmanFeb 25, 2026When i first came here, i had an incident where their was a kid throwing a fit and smacking the teacher, which I understand things happen, but i offered to stay with my kid till she got everything situated, which she refused and had a little girl hold hands with my kid while she delt with the kid smacking her. I felt very uncomfortable. I talked to the director and she told me they were understaffed etc. I then moved my kid to a later time to avoid this happening again but sometimes I would pick my kid up and see similar incidents in another classroom my kid was transfered to for closing time. Most of the the time he smelled like he rolled in dirty diapers which lingered on his clothes whiched eventually dyed down as months followed. I would send my kid to daycare with milk to finish in the morning in his cup. I would pick him up most of the time and still see it in the cup smelling. Sometimes their will be water in there but the cup smelled like spoiled milk. Other times I'll see milky water. In the summer, my kid was outside without a cup on a hot day a few times. The last time it was extremely hot. The next thing you know there was a sign on the refrigerator to bring cups outside. One of the things that really bothered me is how they potty train. They are absolutely awful at it. They expect the kid to signal to use the potty while wearing a diaper before they use underwear. If your kid hit the 3 limit they aren't allowed back wearing underwear the next day till YOU teach them to signal for them . Mind they have kids longer than some parents due to school and work. They do not work with them Also during Easter, they teach 3 year Olds an activity that is about God and how baking the cookie they do in class is related to how he rose up which I thought was odd for 3 year Olds. Thy also do measuring activities which kids are still learning numbers let alone measuring. Their scheduling team is awful. I would email them about a day I needed changed and at first they would get back to me but then they stopped and I would have to message the director or message the teacher to make sure the scheduling dept got it. Which most of the time I was told to email scheduling again. On my sons last week, their billing department didn't realize for the past 4 months that my copay changed an they were billing me the wrong amount. They went back into my statements online an changed the amount leaving a 100 something balance. That tuesday, which they were of Monday due to a holiday, she told me their was a balance on my account, which I was expecting my regular payment till I logged in online to see, and told me my kid was not allowed back this week till this was half paid. My kid was supposed to be their in 30 minutes. She told me it was my responsibility not her billing team to keep track of my copayments. Which her team got sent the copayment just like I did. I just paid whatever I seen that seemed accurate that was sent to me to pay because they are the ones who sent it through. They are very unorganized and don't take responsibility.
Ashley SmithJan 28, 2025This is an amazing preschool. We were new to the area and looking for a preschool for our eldest and this one was highly recommended by several locals. We were nervous about our daughter going to preschool as she hadn’t previously spent any length of time away from home, but she loved it here. My daughter learned so much during her time here, both educationally and socially. She made many friends and was bittersweet about graduating because she was going to miss not only her friends, but her teachers as well as the school itself. Mrs. Meghan has always been very kind, professional and responsive from day one. Highly recommend.
Ashley KarchnerJun 13, 2024The staff in the infants room treated my daughter amazingly. The director is the worst person I've ever dealt with. After my daughter transferred to the toddler room, she was coming home with bruises. The last bruise she got, there was no incident report filed so I contacted the director. The director was very strict and stern insisting my daughter didn't get hurt there and that because nothing was reported, then nothing must of happened. The director actually paused my childcare after finding out I contacted the authorities about my child being hurt. Thankfully my employer was understanding of the situation and I was able to keep my Job. After a couple of weeks of waiting to hear back from Childline (who reviewed footage) it was confirmed my child did in fact get hurt there but the teachers were pre occupied which is why nothing was reported. I never received an apology from the director and how rude she was in this situation. My daughter lost her very first friend's she ever made in her little life and she won't see them again, and it breaks my heart. Had she handled this differently, my daughter would still have her friends. My suggestion, never again tell a Mother she is wrong about her child being hurt.
Rachel BJun 6, 2022Childcare staff are great, recent management changes to tuition rates appear unreasonable. A warning to all current and future part time clients. Recent increases in part time day care rates, particularly a 51% increase in two day a week part time daycare rates, seem to be their way of opening up positions for full week daycare clients (who received no tuition increase) by driving out part time clients or their way to force part time clients into paying for unneeded full time care. Which they can do at any time due to their policies. A better alternative to combat rising economic prices affecting all businesses would have been an overall increase across all tuition categories (between 15 -18%) rather than targeting part time clients but it is apparent that is not how they prioritize care. For other current part time clients it's easy to work out they are now charging a 2 day client for 3 days at the full time rate and a 3 day client would only need to pay one more day at the 3 day rate to get a full week of care. It saddens me that they would choose this course of action against clients that are fortunate enough to and want to spend the days of the week they can at home caring for their children. However it is their business and they may run it as they see fit. Just as it is the clients choice to take their business elsewhere as we have done.
