My son has been in the preK room at Reamstown. He really likes it and looks forward to going, but there has been a extreme disconnect with communication that often gets blamed on "technical issues". The main reason I still have my son go here is because there is no where else locally with available slots. I'd propbably take him elsewhere if that were easy. It's not a bad place, they just have NOT met my expectations and don't seem to take blame or apologize for my concerns. It's like pulling teeth to get updates and general information that should just come easily to the parents via email or the Procare app. I don't personally pick up and drop off, so i would love to be kept virtually in the loop to know how he's doing and what they are working on. I can't say I'm going to recommend to other parents. Perhaps my expectations are high, but shouldn't they be for a daycare that's watching and teaching your child?! Update: I've addressed my concerns with staff regarding lack of communication. Their solution was to provide my husband with a paper form daily with info.. this was given inconsistently and had information such as "played outside" and if he ate a full lunch and snack, bathroom breaks. It did not contain any information about topics they were learning or things to take away to work on at home, etc. I attempted to meet with teachers and the director, Lee, multiple times. Meetings kept getting canceled and I finally gave up. I am taking my son elsewhere and hope this review finds this facility well.

Jessica FerranteJan 21, 2022Best daycare hands down, I highly recommend. The staff is wonderful and genuinely cares about the kids and their families as well. My daughter always loves going in, from an infant to a toddler they are like a second family for her.
