I cannot confidently, nor consciously recommend this facility in its current state. Although teachers are lovely individuals that put their hearts into this job, the current upper management does not seem to uphold the same philosophy, nor standard for childcare, which is incredibly disappointing and disheartening. Edit: The response from this facility is as expected, and I stand by my statement. Thank you. ❤️
RosieApr 22, 2026We have been part of the Malvern Academy for almost 2 years. Our girls love going each day and the teachers have been wonderful. They have made some changes in the past year to really improve communication with parents. Signing our kids in and out is easy, we get great updates and adorable pictures each day. The facility is clean and secure. ALL of the teachers and staff say hi to us and our kids-they are all so welcoming, thoughtful and kind towards the children in their care.
Kate CopskeyMar 27, 2026Malvern Academy has given us nothing but issues since we started over a year ago, with sporadic good days mixed in because of the love of a few great teachers. My son who is in Kindergarten had a two hour delay and we brought in our 3 year old after drop off, to which the school would not accept him claiming "it's policy". What kind of daycare would deny care to a 3 year old child on a day with inclement weather? Especially when we PAID for him to attend that day? They are unwilling to work with parents. This is a DAYCARE, not school. Other issues involve giving my kids water cups that are half water, half milk, not caring enough to dump the old milk out and expecting a child to drink it. I wouldn't want to drink it, would you? "Use with caution" with this center.
Melissa KaneDec 2, 2025Malvern Academy is such an excellent child care facility, structured on engaging in cognitive learning for the children. The children are never bored. Malvern Academy strongly operates with the upmost care for the children, providing a very sanitized ,clean and safe environment. I'm really big on cleanliness and sanitization. I really love the outside activities, the playground boast of a beautiful enclosed private secure and safe structure. The children have plenty of running space and toys for there curious imagination. The Staff's outstanding performance is over the top. They actually care. I strongly recommend you check this loving amazing place out.

Since starting at Malvern Academy my daughter has excelled in her speech , identifying colors and shapes, not only interacting with other children but adults as well. My experience with the directors and teachers upon drop off and arrival has been nothing but pleasurable and ensuring. Great place to start your children's schooling!
