Dailin Martínez HernándezApr 10, 2026Besr Daycare in the area. SureyAug 25, 2023I am so ashamed I ever let me son stay here for two years, my son is a very happy and playful boy and ever since he went to this school he picked up words like lying and nothing or I don't know, whenever I asked how school was. My son was so terrified to go into the building because he said Ms. Luz puts him in the basement and says a monster is going to get him and he said ms. iris told him to tell me nothing. I have brought this to Ms.Medina's attention and her response is she looks at my son and says why is he lying. My son is 5 yld he doesn't even understand the concept of lying but he does repeat everything that is said to him and he is so scared. It is really heart breaking to see people neglect any child let alone my child, I wouldn't trust them with any child. I wasn't getting daily report on my son but daily report about the class and general information instead of telling me how my son was doing.
Aliana SotoApr 29, 2023When you think about HIGH QUALITY Mi Familia Child Care Center takes the cake sweet cakes This daycare is a well oiled machine no bumps and bruises on this ride, staff is incredible, curricular is on target, far more well prepared children are coming out of here. If I could rate this place on a percentage scale it would be 110% these stars are not enough for the quality given to these children and the hard work and dedication these educators provided on a daily bases. The captain on this ship has a clean cut map to success .
Lily RodriguezAug 27, 2019By far the best choice I have ever made!!! They literally care for your child as if they are part of the family. My daughter has been in every class with every teacher & I have NEVER had an issue! The owners are something special! They have truly set spectacular expectations for what a day care center should be!

Questions parents ask about MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER
Is MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 100135597-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to September 30, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on April 24, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects MI FAMILIA CHILD CARE CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
