  • Great place for exercise!

  • Men's clothing changing area/ locker room was moved into restroom area where all you have is a single bench directly in front of the shitters. Use your imagination! Was moved in order for silver sneaker folks to play cards for a few hrs a day. No fans in universal weight room and no circulation and gets very hot n the summer. One of the tread mills has been out of commission for over 6 mo and counting.

  • Attended their Cash Bingo Fundraiser. Disappointed that I had to fill out an application just to purchase a ticket! Was told by the Director I will now be on file for future events. Others I spoke with did not recall having to complete an application. Before seeing the event as an event on Facebook, I did not know the Community Building existed.

  • This facility is beautiful and full of features, including a gym and fitness center, as well as a phenomenal childcare program!

  • Nice facility, but this is more of a review of the Volleyball league. Absolutely atrocious and inconsistent organization of this league. No consistently enforced rules, random schedule changes because it benefits the MACC to do so which completely inconveniences the teams, overly expensive, etc. Never doing this league again.

  • We are continually impressed with this facility! The staff is very dedicated all the way around and the daycare center does such a great job providing kids care for the community. Hoping to see this center grow more and more.

Pennsylvania rates MIDDLECREEK AREA COMMUNITY YMCA STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on August 22, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against MIDDLECREEK AREA COMMUNITY YMCA?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against MIDDLECREEK AREA COMMUNITY YMCA at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does MIDDLECREEK AREA COMMUNITY YMCA accept child care subsidy?

Yes. MIDDLECREEK AREA COMMUNITY YMCA holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 8.

Does this page show inspection results for MIDDLECREEK AREA COMMUNITY YMCA?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects MIDDLECREEK AREA COMMUNITY YMCA's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
