  • I left feeling really disappointed and upset by what I saw. Children were left without proper supervision, and babies were crying while others looked neglected. It shook me. As a parent, you expect basic safety standards to be met. Proper ratios are not optional, they are essential for protecting and caring for every child. I left feeling uneasy and genuinely hope this is taken seriously.

Questions parents ask about MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC

Is MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC holds Pennsylvania certificate 103459276-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to June 11, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on February 5, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC accept child care subsidy?

Yes. MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects MOORE LEARNING MINDS LLC's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
