  • We are so grateful for the love and care our daughter received at this leaning center. We’ve seen so much growth in her confidence and social skills.

  • We’ve had such a positive experience with New Horizon! From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed and reassured. Our child adjusted quickly, thanks to the caring, patient, and attentive teachers who truly seem to love what they do. The environment is clean, safe, and filled with age-appropriate toys and learning materials. We really appreciate the structured daily schedule that balances play, learning, and rest. It’s been amazing to watch our child grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually since starting here. Communication has also been excellent. We receive daily updates, photos, and notes about meals, naps, and activities, which gives us peace of mind during the day. We’re so grateful to have found New Horizon and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and reliable childcare option.

  • My son attended this daycare from the age of 1 until just after turning 2, for a little over a year. The facility is welcoming with dedicated teachers, an abundance of toys, and an outdoor play area. I don't think of it as just a daycare; it feels more like a preschool. During his time there, my son has made impressive progress. He's learned the alphabet, can form short sentences, and can count up to twenty. Almost daily, he comes home with a new drawing or art project, showcasing their focus on creative activities. I never have a hard time sending him in- I can tell he has a great time there and always excited to start his day there. The staff uses an app to send photos and updates throughout the day, which is a great touch for parents. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a nurturing and educational environment for their child.

  • My recent experience at New Horizon has been disheartening. Not only did my child sustain an injury, which I believe was a result of negligence, but the situation was exacerbated by the staff's refusal to allow me access to the security cameras. Additionally, I discovered discrepancies between the incident report and the actual events, which raises serious concerns about transparency. I urge a thorough review of safety protocols and communication practices to ensure the trust and well-being of all parents and children in your care.

  • At first it was great but she got all the young kids to work there and they didn't take care of my grandson at all. And the one older lady was very mean to him.

Is NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 102926400-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Bucks County. The current certificate runs to July 6, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on March 31, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 16.

Does this page show inspection results for NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects NEW HORIZON LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
