Both kids love going to daycare. They always communicate everything as soon as possible. Both my kids vocabulary have grown tremendously. They have taught them how to count, differencing animals … etc. They know most of the educational songs. Overall I’m very satisfied.
Stephanie SantanaMar 4, 2022My daughter has been here since she was 6 months. She is about to be 3 now, I love the fact that I can go to work and have a nice peace of mind that my daughter is well taken care of. My daughter loves it there as well as the teachers I always feel so welcomed everyday I pick her up as well as drop her off. I would recommend this daycare to anyone !
Elinette GalarzaNov 9, 2018My daughter and son have been going here since they were babies. I wouldn’t want it any other way!! They have treated my kids like if it was their own child. My kids are now 3 and 4 and are so advanced with their learning, I couldn’t be more proud! Just knowing that they are getting what is needed is such a blessing! As full time working parents that is important to know your kids are safe and love where they are! The teachers and directors and even the owner are so pleasant to deal with, that I am forever grateful for them!! Hands down best place ever!!
Jazmin ZeiberNov 8, 2018I have 4 kids here and they are so happy coming here, my daughter comes home telling me what she learned, my son is becoming more independent, and they started my twins on solids which helped me out a great deal! I go over her my daughters work sheets and I am impressed with all they are teaching. The staff is beautiful, it really eases my mind that they all work together and they are easy to speak to.
Victoria CruzNov 7, 2018My daughter has been in new star for a year and a half now, all of the teachers there are so loving and caring. My daughter is 3 they taught her how to count, her abc’s, how to write her letters. They do so many crafty activities and read so many educational books to the kids. I definitely recommend new star to anyone looking for child care.

Is NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 102429352-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Berks County. The current certificate runs to November 4, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on November 8, 2022. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 13.
Does this page show inspection results for NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects NEW STAR CHILD CARE CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
