NORMA DE HOYOS DAY CARE 2

My three children have attended this center for the past five years, and our experience has been very positive. The staff is caring, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the children. It gives me peace of mind knowing my kids are in a safe and supportive environment. One thing I really appreciate is that they provide fresh meals for lunch and even serve dinner, which is a wonderful benefit that many other childcare centers don’t offer. The teachers are patient, understanding, and work well with my children, especially on days when they may be having a harder time. If I had a few suggestions for improvement, I would love to see a more structured schedule of daily activities to keep the children engaged throughout the day. Having a wider variety of planned educational and interactive activities could make an already great program even better. I also think staff could be a bit more proactive when conflicts arise between the children. There have been times when disagreements or fights have escalated before being addressed. I understand that supervising multiple children at once can be challenging, and I truly appreciate the hard work the teachers do every day. Overall, I highly recommend this center to families looking for a caring, supportive, and nurturing environment for their children. My family has trusted them with our children for the past five years, and we appreciate everything they do.

Norma de hoyos is one of the best daycares my kids been too, they are patient with my kids and also work well with my kids behaviors that they do have while attending the daycare. They are also very clean and very strict on the policies , which is very important and great because sickness and other things do not spread like most other daycares. They communicate very well and I would recommend anyones children to go here.

Had my daughter there for 5 years and loved it! The staff is caring, attentive and very involved. They also serve real meals for the kids, and have been extremely understanding and flexible whenever our family has needed it. I truly loved every moment of having my kids there and recommend it whole heartedly.

My son has been there since he was 1 he’s going to be 10 I have never had an issue with any teachers there. I love how much of a Hispanic environment it is for the kids. They get to taste real Hispanic foods , they get to learn Spanish as they grow and encourage them be bilingual if they are at home as well. They are constantly doing learning activities , real hands on experience and preparing the toddlers for kindergarten. If I ever had a concern they will address my issues right away. One thing I can say is my kids come home every day happy talking about how much of great day they had at daycare. If you’re looking for a friendly , bilingual, great communication facility who are always on top of your things I totally recommend them. : )

I will always hands down recommend this daycare to anyone I have been to others and it’s been nothing but terrible experiences at the other locations. This daycare has a open floor so you can actually see your kids I have trust issues behind close doors as my kids old daycare use to lock the kids in the closet for being bad one hit my child nothing good at all (that daycare is still running by the way) but this daycare Norma de Hoyos daycare makes me feel safe when dropping off my kids.My kids love their snack and they love that they always come home with a extra one. I am not gonna lie we did have hiccups here and there my son isn’t the easiest to deal with but with some great communication and leader skills we were able to resolve any concern we did have. Don’t ever believe one single bad review on here remember guys there is always two sides of the story this daycare is great! The Owner of this facility is AMAZING I absolutely love her she is the sweetest person ever and lovesss children. She would make sure your kid has the best experience they ever had! Any concern she will address them immediately! Again 10/10 daycare! Wouldn’t take my kids no were else! The Morales Family Appreciate all that you guys do for us!
