  • Great resource for school kids and working parents.

  • Almost every day the kids leave from this club they get into fights outside or around the corner and staff seemingly does NOTHING to prevent or stop it. All you can hear is them screaming and cursing or threatening to beat and kill someone. Vandalizing cars and 1 group tried to set a garbage can on fire. Is this place a fight club or a club for wayward kids? I've got lots of video as proof for the families that send their kids here.

  • This is a great resource in the neighborhood of Frankford. Friendly staff that cares about the kids and parents. It offers after school programs, early evening teen programs, and Summer Camp. The building is being renovated and is getting better everyday.

Questions parents ask about Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls

Is Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls holds Pennsylvania certificate 100127370-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to May 30, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on March 29, 2019. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls accept child care subsidy?

Yes. Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects Northeast Frankford Boys & Girls's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
