  • I love this daycare so much! My son is learning so much and the teachers are so patient and kind. Melissa is the best and I would recommend this place to anyone!

  • This daycare is professional in the utmost way, the snacks are healthy, they attend to the needs of the children as if the children were there own, the activities are educational. But most of all you can feel that children are well cared for and safe. If we could give a six star rating we would!

Questions parents ask about OMB DAYCARE

Is OMB DAYCARE a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. OMB DAYCARE holds Pennsylvania certificate 103557526-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Lancaster County. The current certificate runs to November 8, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is OMB DAYCARE's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates OMB DAYCARE STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on September 3, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against OMB DAYCARE?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against OMB DAYCARE at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does OMB DAYCARE accept child care subsidy?

Yes. OMB DAYCARE holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 10.

Does this page show inspection results for OMB DAYCARE?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects OMB DAYCARE's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
