shannon monackMay 20, 2026My children were here for a month, and I would give this place zero stars if I could! They only accommodate pickup and drop-off for school-age kids, which was not expressed upon enrollment, they’re closed way too often to run a childcare facility. My youngest daughter was potty trained when she came here, but they still asked me to send her in pull-ups. Within a week, it seemed like they were lazy about taking her to the bathroom, and she started coming home in changed clothes because she wasn’t using the potty. They then started sending her home in other children’s diapers instead of the pull-ups I sent for her. I explained my concerns about how my daughter was using the bathroom and the schedule they had, and I told them I might start looking for a new childcare. The following day, I got called into the office and was told that when a family states they might be looking for a new childcare, they’re automatically removed from the system and replaced with a new family. So, without warning, my children were kicked out of the daycare. On the last day of my two-year-old being there, my daughter was sitting outside in the play area in the corner by herself in 85-degree weather with a jacket on, crying with her belongings balled up next to her. The rest of the kids and teachers were across the courtyard playing. No one had an explanation for why she was sitting there crying with a jacket on or why her belongings were balled up on the ground. I would never recommend this childcare office.
Leigha KellyApr 27, 2026All my children have been attending OVS childcare for the last 3 to 4years. I just had a newborn who will also be going to OVS when it’s time, and that says alot. Great daycare loving, clean, education oriented environment. We love OVS
