One of the roots of my trauma. My fellow children hit and fought me for my ESSA, teachers un potty trained me and left me on the blacktop, dirty place, 2 main bullies were Ryder and Devon. The teachers didn’t do anything and were also very abusive. Got hoof in mouth disease from the disgusting bathrooms. Didn’t smile or talk for weeks.
KACCHANN BAKUGOMay 15, 2026Wonderful staff and well organized. If you’re looking for a trusted daycare center to provide a safe learning environment, you’ve found the place! Courtney and Mrs. Cynthia are truly amazing.
Jennifer DorseyFeb 17, 2026My daughter has been at Palmer Childcare academy for 5 years. I also have my son who is in his 3rd year. For starters, Ms. Cynthia (owner)and the staff treat you more as family than just a client. They care for the children as family and try have their best interest at heart. I would recommend anyone in search of public childcare to put Palmer Childcare Academy at the top of their list!
Al MorotFeb 14, 2026Palmer Childcare Academy is a wonderful childcare facility. My daughter loves it here and all of the teachers and staff are friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and the children have a structured day which was missing in m toddlers life. My daughter was at home with me for the first 3 years and we decided to enroll her into Palmer Childcare after visiting several other facilities in the area we decided this was the best option for her. I can Tell the teachers really care about the kids and my daughter is always looking forward to going to school. I thought The transition from home to school life would be difficult but Palmer childcare welcomed her with open arms. If any parents are looking for a clean and structured childcare center with staff who truly care about the kids and their development Palmer Childcare is the place! 🩷
anjel padillaFeb 3, 2026Our daughter first started at Just Babies Clubhouse. She initially struggled with transitioning to her new classroom in a new building, but the team at PCA was loving and patient with her. They always greeted her with smiles and the affection she needed to feel as safe and secure in this new space that she did in JBCH. Fast forward almost a year and she is excited to get there in the morning. They always schedule fun activities for the kids to both learn and have fun. Ms. Cynthia & Ms. Courtney as well as the teachers go above and beyond for our girl and we cannot be more grateful to know she’s in good hands and happy while we have to be away from her. 💕 We love them and our experience here that we just started the process over with our second baby at JBCH. Thank you to the PCA & JBCH teams. 🥰
Rachel LayngJun 28, 2025Well where to begin, my daughter has been going there since she’s been 1 month old. They have watched her grow up. I trust this daycare with all that I have. They are very nice and great with my daughter. I love that they keep you updated with ProCare. My daughter is now 2 years old and she loves waking up every morning to go. The staff are fantastic! Mrs. COURTNEY AND MRS. Cynthia is one of a kind! They always go above and beyond for the kids!! They put the kids needs first! Definitely would recommend this daycare too anyone who has children!

- Yes. PALMER CHILDCARE ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Preschool, School-age. Does this page show inspection results for PALMER CHILDCARE ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects PALMER CHILDCARE ACADEMY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
