Sad,,, I would not recommend this daycare to a soul the level of care and concern and the lack of work ethic of the daycare workers is not healthy nor acceptable to the children that is in their care, nor to the parents that have to pay copayments and probably the entire bill,,,, as a business owner I know when we lack and it’s not right to another person that patronizes your business that we need to step back and reevaluate the whole situation and be fair and make it right or at least try,,, to go unnoticed or to be nonchalant only hurt us a business owners,,, But when kids are involved this needs to be taking seriously because one day you will have children and the roles will switch where you are feeling how parents are feeling and want that I do care attitude and that care a lot geared towards your children while being in someone (stranger) care!! Please read

Freda BrownFeb 15, 2024My 3 kids began at Woodlyn Academy which we loved, however we moved into the city and had to leave because it was just too far from my job. I was so glad to find out about the Penrose location because it is now accessible! I love that the facility is new, bright, and very clean. Based on conversations with my kids, they feel safe and are challenged and stimulated. They are definitely hitting their developmental milestones either on time or early, and even my picky eater enjoys the food (except veggies, lol). Though I haven't had any issues with communication (like some of the reviewers here), I understand sometimes things happen. What I do know is that the leadership team there has been very responsive to me as we address any concerns I may have, in person. I love that they incorporate Montessori into their practices as well as the indoor play space! I'm so glad we found yall <3. I definitely recommend Penrose Academy, I love them!
zj1Oct 17, 2022My daughter has been attending Penrose since February and they have contributed so much to her developmental milestones. My daughter loves going here!! The staff is friendly and responsive and the facility is always clean. It is spacious, colorful, and really is designed with children in mind - especially their indoor gym which my daughter loves. They also have a great nutrition program.
