The staff in the infant room and the tweeners room have been great to work with since day one of my daughter going there. There is an app that they had me install that keeps me updated on my daughter throughout the day that includes pictures as well. This being the first time that I have had to put any of my daughters in daycare I am very thankful for the experience we have had with the daycare and the staff so far. I'm very thankful for the app and pictures as it helps put me at ease when I'm away from my daughter due to having to work. Tory who is head of the daycare has been great to work with and very understanding since day one of meeting her since before my daughter was born. I am thankful that my daughter was accepted into the daycare and that she does well there. We look forward to many more years at this daycare with Tory and the staff. I am thankful for the recommendations. The staff and Tory are very understanding. I'm thankful that I am at ease knowing my daughter is in good hands and wanted there when I have to work.
Brittany FisherDec 31, 2024My son is the happiest while he’s there. I know he enjoys going and learning. I thank Tory and the staff for taking such good care of my child while he’s under their care
Zoey SnowSep 19, 2024Very disappointed with this facility. It has been brought to my attention that my child was pushed, shoved and hit in the back of the head with toys by another attending child on the daily. There needs to be a serious change in how things like this are handled because I do not take this lightly. This place seems to have low standards and it’s extremely concerning that a child’s safety can not be guaranteed here for what ever reason. Unacceptable. Luckily, she didn’t have a concussion, but I feel if we were to continue there, it would only be a matter of time. They cannot seem to find a solution. Due to this reason, we unenrolled and noticed her mood has been substantially happier since. I truly hope a serious policy will be put in place for these things and as for anyone thinking of enrolling their child here, I would think twice.
Dana EverettJul 16, 2024They are allowing children to be bullied. They allow screaming and chaos. My granddaughter was being hit and pushed and started exhibiting these rude behaviors at home because it was allowed at daycare with no consequences. We pulled her out of this daycare and after 1 week of positive correction and discipline, she is back to her sweet self. But it was like hellweek! I would like to give no stars but I have to give at least 1 to post.
