I absolutely love my kids’ daycare! ❤️ I have never had a complaint since they’ve been attending. The staff is always friendly, caring, and attentive, and the daycare is consistently clean and well-kept. Most importantly, my kids are always happy to go and come home with nothing but good things to say. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they are in a safe, clean, and loving environment. I truly appreciate all the hard work the staff puts in every day. Highly recommend!
Majae BakerAug 17, 2026We’ve been with this daycare for 8 years, starting when my oldest was just 3 months old, and now my youngest, who is 2, attends as well. Over the years, this daycare has become more than just a place where my children are cared for—it has truly become an extension of our family. The staff have always been caring, professional, and genuinely loving toward my children. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are in a safe and nurturing environment. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and love they’ve given our family over the years and would highly recommend them to any parent.
Ashley WilsonAug 15, 2026I absolutely love this daycare. My daughter has been going here since she was about 4 to 5 months, being an first time mom I was nervous to send her so early, but didn’t have a choice and I’m glad that I choose this location. I never once had to think twice or worry about the care my daughter would receive/receives. One of the things I love is that the owner is very involved and very hands-on and knows everything that goes on in her facility. I also loves that she takes it very serious who she hires, who she has around the children, how she cares for the employees and the children. One thing I can say if you ever have any concerns or worries pertaining to your child or the staff or anything the owner takes everything serious. My daughter is 2 1/2 and the things that she has learned and is learning is phenomenal. I was surprised with how much she knows at such an early age. This location is not only family oriented But if you was to send your child here, you will be able to go to work or do whatever it is you need to do and have a peace of mind and not have to worry about the care your child is receiving. One thing I can say about the owner of this location you can tell that this is something she does from the heart and not just for an income. You can tell that she truly truly has a gift and calling for caring for kids. The five star rating this location has is all facts and is 100% the truth no lies. I can write a book on this please but, i’m going to end this now. Oh one more thing to reassure y’all about if she takes the safety of the kids very serious when it comes down to Covid and any type of sickness, she do not play about that. And the staff is amazing and all the children loves them and they show how much they love it here. Play n’ learn until my daughter starts kindergarten 🥰🥰🥰
TiaraaSep 26, 2024Sending my son to Play and Learn Childcare Center was one of the best decisions I’ve made when returning back to the city. I don’t feel uneasy leaving my child in their care at all. Their communication is amazing, It’s a safe clean environment where the staff is always friendly and makes each child and parents feel like family!!
Lela LMay 1, 2023Just as I was preparing to return from maternity leave in 2020 , the pandemic hit and I was lucky enough to spend an additional year at home with my son. With all that time together, I was so nervous trusting him in someone else’s care when I was told I had to report back to work. With short notice , I had to find a daycare I was comfortable with quickly . I checked out a couple of daycares in our community that still had space for my son and we felt the most comfortable with Play n’ Learn. The facility is clean and the staff are super friendly. They have themed days , such a Pajama Day , which I think is really fun. So far, I am happy that we enrolled our son at Play n’ Learn and recommend this daycare.
Kristin CookeMay 27, 2021My Stepson has been going to this Daycare since he was almost 3 years old, he is now going on 5 and I just fell in love with this daycare. From the Staff to the aura of the environment. I now currently send my baby boy as well who began going there when he was about 4 months old and he is now going on 2. And both of the boys love the daycare as well as the staff. The Owner is very understanding and professional at all time.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against PLAY N LEARN CHILD CARE CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against PLAY N LEARN CHILD CARE CENTER at the time the record was published. Does PLAY N LEARN CHILD CARE CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. PLAY N LEARN CHILD CARE CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for PLAY N LEARN CHILD CARE CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects PLAY N LEARN CHILD CARE CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
