My grand baby is a student there and the services is great, she is learning I like how she actually teach the children other than putting them infront of the tv!!! I would recommend.
Shakira HawkinsMay 28, 2024Don’t answer the phone! Don’t check voicemails!. Staff is rude went up there to ask a question about enrollment light skin women stared and then proceeded to shut the door in my face and leave me standing outside question unanswered. Very unprofessional if you ask me but good at faking it during pick up and drop off time for them parents though . Never trust a daycare with no working phone! The number plastered all over the building does not work!!

Artem UsachevSep 20, 2023Denied my child because he was “too old”. I go to enroll him in kindergarten like she said I should do and they tell me he’s “too young”. Never knew how appropriate it was to keep the youth uneducated until I had to deal directly with it myself. It’s truly sad
David SmileyNov 25, 2019My daughter has been a student here since March and has made amazing strides in her development she is 19 months and can recognize colors, numbers and is starting to speak more words daily. The kids do different activities everyday! I feel that she will be over prepared for pre-k when the time comes. Shamira and Nana are great!! I felt secure with leaving her there day one and she is always happy yo go to school. Such a peace of mind having your child love school!
Shaykhia WashingtonMay 10, 2019My two children went to this daycare they was shown how to read, write and also learned how to use the restroom. This is a very good daycare to put your children in.

- Yes. PRECIOUS STONES LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103562590-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to May 16, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

- Pennsylvania rates PRECIOUS STONES LEARNING CENTER STAR 2, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on January 11, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against PRECIOUS STONES LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against PRECIOUS STONES LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does PRECIOUS STONES LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. PRECIOUS STONES LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for PRECIOUS STONES LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects PRECIOUS STONES LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
