  • Our family has been attending Premier for the last nine years. All three children have participated in most of the available services. We have experienced staff that has been with the center for longer than we have attended, and we have experienced newer staff to the facility. None have disappointed and the care has stayed consistent throughout the years. As an infant one of our children had some minor health complications with asthma and Premier was excellent at helping us handle all of that. Their curriculum based preschool and pre-K are phenomenal. The kids were 100% ready for kindergarten with the help of Premier staff. We participated in the licensed kindergarten with our youngest child and the improvement was vast. Miss Lindsay is an excellent kindergarten teacher. This child went from knowing some of the ABCs and some numbers to reading books and doing basic math problems and counting money plus so much more. Premier has always gone above and beyond for our family and we appreciate everything they do and highly recommend them for any size family.

  • Before attending here we were at 2 different local daycare centers. Premier is by far superior in staff, cleanliness, professionalism, curriculum and much more. They have been around so long I myself attended as a child, and they have long term staff which these alone speak volumes. The staff and owners truly care for your children, they are well trained, and they get excited just as if they were their parents watching them grow and develop. I feel safe and secure while my kids are in their care. I honestly can't speak highly enough of this center and I have high standards. On top of everything they are very reasonably priced compared to others.

  • Both of our kids attend Premier and we love it there. We appreciate the long term staff, the sense of welcomeness, and the curriculum. We have felt that our children are loved, taught, well cared for, and appropriately disciplined while at Premier

  • I have two children at Premier. I absolutely love Premier along with my children! We have been there for close to 4 years. One of the first things we noticed when we started was that the directors and teachers knew EVERY kid and parent (not just their class). The teachers are patient, kind, and very responsive. My son is more timid and they really took the time to get him out of his shell. You can tell the teachers really care about the kids! Another positive (which I think is huge for parents) is their response to children sickness. The teachers have picked up that my child was feeling off (starting an illness) or even an ear infection. In these instances, the teachers and directors have been nothing but supportive to my sick child. Treating them like their own, which means so much to a working mom. I can tell you that not all facilities are like Premier. They go above and beyond!

  • My children have been attending this school since they were babies. The teachers all remain the same teachers since they started about 8 years ago. ALL familiar faces for the kiddos. They are all loving, patient teachers who I would recommend to any of my friends. They have a great summer camp program for school aged kids. I would highly recommend!

  • Our son Will was in attendance here until we had to move out of state. Our son loved it and we did too. The people that work here are as capable as they are nice. They really cared for our son's well being and development. We loved them for it.

Questions parents ask about PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER

Is PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103344797-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Lehigh County. The current certificate runs to May 1, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on July 11, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 14.

Does this page show inspection results for PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects PREMIER EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
