It's one of the best gyms from Florida, Philippines, to Pennsylvania!
Tom AudiaJul 1, 2026I'm genuinely disappointed with how this YMCA chose to handle its holiday hours. The facility was open on June 19 (Juneteenth) - a federal holiday that honors the end of slavery in the United States - yet it was closed on July 4th, just two weeks later. It sends the wrong message about which holidays are valued and respected. Juneteenth is a day of deep historical and cultural significance, especially for the Black community. Choosing to remain open on that day, but then closing for Independence Day, comes across as out of touch and dismissive of progress. YMCA prides itself on being inclusive, community-oriented, and supportive of all backgrounds. This decision didn't reflect that. I hope leadership takes a serious look at how holiday hours reflect the values they claim to stand for. Please do better next year.
