Every parent remembers the moment they drop their child off at daycare for the first time. I remember being so nervous and thinking is my child going to feel loved and cared for like he would at home. I can say without a doubt my little guy who is 17 months old LOVES it here. He’s been going since he was 6 months old. The staff have built such a good relationship with him and he loves going. They have so many cute and fun activities and I feel like my little guy has gotten so much out of going to daycare. It’s been good for his development. Lauren is such a good center manager and all the staff Are fantastic. They truly care about your children and give them TLC. I am so impressed and appreciative of all they do.
Amanda AJun 12, 2025The owner definitely needs to make some improvements to her staff. I had really high hopes for this place but unfortunately we had to move on after only few weeks here. I would say just really go with your gut if your considering enrolling here. Some of the things I witnessed during my child's time here were appalling. Note: Anna in the toddler group is amazing, hands down our favorite person there! She really cares and shows it daily.
Mandy WilpsSep 1, 2023If you think your kid is safe at priority court child center you are sadly mistaken . As a former employee I’ve seen staff in action where it was unrighteousness. In the 2year old room they grip the kids up by there hoods and arms when they are not listening to directions and scream in your kids faces! When I brought it up too The manager’s attention she did not care one bit nothing was addressed to any of them! They have such a short temper with the kids!!
Davida KearnsMar 10, 2022We have had three children go through Priory and have experience in every room and stage there (except the new kindergarten program, which we wish was available when our oldest was eligible). Our experience has been wonderful. Our kids love the teachers and the teachers really care about the kids. We were told our oldest, now in the 1st grade, was extremely well prepared for kindergarten as a result of her experience at Priory. They have been proactive in supporting each of our kids and provide lots of love and care.
Kelly LamannaFeb 19, 2021Our son has been attending this daycare since June 2019. We've had very good experiences in each of the rooms he has transitioned through. He has developed wonderful relationships with many of the teachers and we are very happy with his care! They recently started using a tracking app that allows us to follow each part of his day and it's been a wonderful tool!
Rachel VarineJan 14, 2021Our family could not be happier with the quality of care provided at Priory Court. Our daughter, C, started there in the infant room at about 4 months old. C is now 5 and in the PreK classroom. From the very first minute, Sue and her amazing staff have gone above and beyond to make us, and C, feel comfortable and at home. The teachers love the children and care for them as they would their own children. As we’ve grown with Priory Court, they’ve added more space and more opportunities for the children to learn. The changes have been incredibly positive and well explained so all parents know what’s happening. We have loved our time here and will be so sad to leave it behind when C transitions out.

- Yes. PRIORY COURT CHILDRENS CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 104607201-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Allegheny County. The current certificate runs to November 24, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is PRIORY COURT CHILDRENS CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates PRIORY COURT CHILDRENS CENTER STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on March 2, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against PRIORY COURT CHILDRENS CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against PRIORY COURT CHILDRENS CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does PRIORY COURT CHILDRENS CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. PRIORY COURT CHILDRENS CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 5.
Does this page show inspection results for PRIORY COURT CHILDRENS CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects PRIORY COURT CHILDRENS CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
