  • If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! My oldest son was expelled and discriminated against because he has autism. Lisa, the director, is the type of person who will point fingers that your child is the problem ANY time. Her “staff” is never the problem! No accountability from this place and no apologies EVER! After my oldest was expelled, I decided to pull out my younger son as I also did not want him to be mistreated. When I went to gather his belongings, it took 15 minutes to get his rescue medication for seizures that should be administered 5 minutes into a seizure!! Even the director could not open the lock box and took several minutes to retrieve his medication! This is unfathomable! Dana is the only thing that place has going for them. Dana is a teacher with many years of experience that treated my children with love, patience and just had a wonderful demeanor with all of the children. I cannot express how valued she is! I hope this gives some clarity and helps you keep your kiddos safe from NOT going here!

  • Both my children currently attend this daycare. We've met multiple teachers and directors. I have NEVER come across any major issues. I HAVE been contacted by FORMER disgruntled employees who either were laid off due to not following policies and rightfully terminated due to their risky behavior or former employees who were upset because the director would not "bend the rules" for them. That being said, I think this is an amazing daycare. If I questioned the care here I would have switched care. My 4 year old who was a NICU baby attended here since she was 2 months old and my other NICU baby, now 10 months old has attended here since he was 3 months old. Have there been minor bumps that were quickly resolved? Yes. My children come home well fed and no diaper rashes. If diapers were not being change then they would have rashes constantly. If they were being starved they would be malnourished and their PCP would also be concerned. When my children needed extra care due to medications (supplements, preventative, etc.) I have never been worried about them missing a dose. They even partnered with me when my child was learning how to regulate her "big feelings" we both found what works best for her and no longer have any issues at daycare or at home, controlling her feelings. My children love their teachers and I appreciate all their hard work! As previously mentioned, former disgruntled employees have gone the extent to reaching out to parents who currently attend here and try to get them to leave the daycare. It is sad they have to go that extent and now write negative reviews. My children show no signs of said abuse and love their teachers. Until that changes, I highly recommend this daycare and pray that those who choose to project their own feelings on the kindness of other's, find the help they need in life. Thank you for being such an amazing daycare. Other parents and PCPs have always been impressed with how advance my children are with processing their emotions, academic knowledge, pronouncing their words, and even their manners and respect.

  • My son has attended Rainbow’s End for 3 years and loved every single one of his teachers. They helped him grow so much during the time he attended there and he has learned a lot. I also have a 2 year old daughter that has been attending RE for a year and a half and she also loved every teacher that she has had and is always happy at drop off. :) Very thankful for all of the staff at Rainbow’s End and the love they have for every single child that walk through the doors of that establishment. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against RAINBOWS END LEARNING CENTER INC?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against RAINBOWS END LEARNING CENTER INC at the time the record was published. Does RAINBOWS END LEARNING CENTER INC accept child care subsidy?

Yes. RAINBOWS END LEARNING CENTER INC holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 4.

Does this page show inspection results for RAINBOWS END LEARNING CENTER INC?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects RAINBOWS END LEARNING CENTER INC's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
