We couldn’t be happier with Right Steps! Our daughter absolutely loves going every day, and as parents we’re so impressed with the care, attention, and nurturing environment the staff provides. From the engaging curriculum to the warm, supportive teachers, it’s clear they truly care about each child’s development and happiness. We’ve seen her grow so much — socially, emotionally, and academically — and we’re grateful for the positive experience she has there.
Serge Kozhukhar • Real Estate AdvisorFeb 3, 2026I see many people post good reviews , however we went to this daycare thinking it’s a luxury boutique and really care about your children . I had the worst week starting out with my daughter . She is on the spectrum and I sat with the owner and the staff multiple times telling them everything about my daughter and what all the needs were . They ASSURED me that they have experience and will make sure everything will be good . I also have completed support for my daughter to help them if needed . She is high functioning and a pleasure of a child by the way . The worst experience ever!! The front staff lie! They basically told my Rbt’s to not tell the parents what happens at daycare . They didn’t wanna allow the ABA services to come in with phones or any electronics even though if they had the experience they would know that children have data and goals that they need to enter . My daughter was THE only child that was left out of gymnastics even thought I asked in advance how to register her or if I can just pay for the one class that was on the day she was there . The kindergarten teacher told my rbt that she didn’t feel comfortable to stay with my daughter without 1:1 support for 10 minutes !!!! Oh and that she needed life skills classes , which actually showed how much interest she didn’t have in my daughter or that she didn’t even interact with her one bit because she has limited speech but not limited in life skills . Honestly complete trash . Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . Sunshine daycare was a blessing to us and we wanted to go there initially for kindergarten but they had no availability and obv this place had plenty . I just needed to be honest .
Alexandra alexandraVSep 4, 2025Right steps has been a perfect fit for my family for past 2 years. I could not ask for a better environment for my kids to learn and grow. Director is incredibly attentive and caring, and we have had a phenomenal experience with teachers across every classroom. Without a doubt, my children are well cared for, challenged, and nurtured in this environment. I'm so glad I chose Right Steps for my childcare/pre-school for my kiddos!!!

Alla NilyJul 23, 2025I had my child enrolled here before we moved to another city, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff and educators were absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. My child was always excited to go in the mornings and came home full of stories and smiles. It gave me such peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. The environment was safe, engaging, and full of activities that supported both learning and fun. We still miss it, and I’m grateful for the positive foundation it gave my child.

Questions parents ask about RIGHT STEPS
Is RIGHT STEPS a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. RIGHT STEPS holds Pennsylvania certificate 101155173-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Bucks County. The current certificate runs to October 8, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is RIGHT STEPS's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates RIGHT STEPS STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on March 17, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against RIGHT STEPS?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against RIGHT STEPS at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does RIGHT STEPS accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. RIGHT STEPS holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 16.
Does this page show inspection results for RIGHT STEPS?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects RIGHT STEPS's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
