My son received a wonderful care from this facility. The staff is very supportive and caring.
Rayvel ReyesJun 5, 2026We have had nothing but positive experiences with staff. Our child is always excited to go to daycare, which is such a great relief as a parent. We love the staff and would recommend RCELC to anyone we know.
Kelly QaqishOct 4, 2024Poor communication. Would not recommend for any child services
Courtnee BurkeJul 30, 2023My daughter has been going here since she was about 8 months old, she’s currently three years old. We love the teachers, all of them are remarkable and keep my daughter safe and they always communicate very well to us about when something is off with her day or her well being at school. We’re always greeted with a smile ! My daughter LOVES going here and has loved every one of her teachers. The only issue we have is that they’re constantly closing for covid which they can’t do anything really because of the CDC guidelines… however it is very difficult because there’s so many cases every month it feels like i have to call off of work at least once a month. Covid is out of anyones control so i can’t complain too much about that one. A lot of people have an issue with the administration and I personally have only had an issue with them maybe once or twice the whole time she’s been here. I WOULD recommend and HAVE recommended Riverview to a lot of people if they need care for a child, or even need a job, I would love to be able to work in riverview ELC, and make parents feel the safety and friendliness I feel everytime I drop my own daughter off at her classroom. Everybody’s experience is different!
Rachael ElizabethFeb 17, 2022Don't believe all the bad reviews here. My son has been going here since he was four months old and had been taken care of very well. He is always excited to go to school and learns sign language and is constantly being educated while having fun. The teachers are friendly and helpful with any questions or able to give good advice if we need it. They are Christian based as well which we love that he is being exposed to religion at his age. They are caring and empathetic to families going through hardships and will help out any way they can. Definitely recommend your child to go here.
Bethany SutterAug 11, 2021Communication sucks. Administration is even worse. Definitely, Do Not recommend!

Questions parents ask about RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER
Is RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 100126776-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Berks County. The current certificate runs to April 9, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on November 21, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 13.
Does this page show inspection results for RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects RIVERVIEW CHRISTIAN EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
