We recently visited your gym for the first time, and the kids absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, and we appreciated the option to choose between the various classes or open play. The staff members were very helpful and did a great job keeping the kids focused on interesting topics. Thank you for a great experience. We have since visited twice more
Christina MauriceJun 24, 2026We absolutely adore the staff and environment at Romp n Roll. We have been members our kiddo just learned to walk. And we’ve held his birthday party there 3 years in a row. We always have a blast and always get compliments from party guests. Plus the pricing for the party and and what you get in the package is really reasonable.
Abby WhiteApr 26, 2026Loving our time spent at romp n roll so far! My daughter is 13 months now and has been to about 6+ classes. Being around other little ones is helping her to learn and gain confidence. We always have great interactions with other families and staff. The open playtime is a great way to get out of the house on a cold day, also. Highly recommend!
Martha RushworthFeb 27, 2026I’ve been bringing my son here since he was about 10 months old. I get the yearly membership and it’s a really great deal. We visit at least twice a week and my son enjoys it. The staff are friendly and the facility is always very clean.
Jayne HarrisonFeb 26, 2026My son Liam absolutely loves Romp N Roll. He started classes around 18 months old and he is now 3. We have been able to take many different classes as he grows and he looks forward to his class every week. We have done gym, art class mixed with gym at the end, and a music class mixed with gym. It’s been a great start for him before going to preschool. All of the staff is super friendly. Take your kids, you won’t regret it!
Kelsey HerronFeb 8, 2026Honest review! I’ve taken my son to 5 tumbling classes in the Pittsburgh area and this one impressed me! My 1.5-year-old attended Tumble Tunes class and it was a great experience! It was such a clean facility and I was met with a warm welcome and instructions on what to expect. We started at Rompys house and had circle time where we sang , clapped and established what the class was going to entail. The theme was Under the Sea and the skill focus was jumping. The kids explored instruments, danced to songs, had a bubble dance party and practiced rolling climbing and jumping all while in a safe, toddler-friendly space. The instructor was warm, enthusiastic, and great with the kids. She was attentive and polite, answering questions, cheering on the kids and guiding the class. My only feedback would be to tie the class a little more strongly to the advertised theme/skill so parents know what their little ones are working on. Overall, it’s such a fun spot for kids 3 months to 5 years to learn through play, music, and movement. Highly recommend for active toddlers!

Questions parents ask about Romp N Roll Pittsburgh East
Is Romp N Roll Pittsburgh East a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. Romp N Roll Pittsburgh East holds Pennsylvania certificate 104499964-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Allegheny County. The current certificate runs to October 23, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is Romp N Roll Pittsburgh East's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates Romp N Roll Pittsburgh East STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on December 29, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against Romp N Roll Pittsburgh East?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against Romp N Roll Pittsburgh East at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does this page show inspection results for Romp N Roll Pittsburgh East?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects Romp N Roll Pittsburgh East's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
