  • We couldn't be happier with our experience at Rose Tree early Learning center. From the very first day, the teachers and staff created a welcoming, nurturing, and supportive environment where our daughter felt safe, valued, and excited to learn. The teachers genuinely care about each child and take the time to understand their individual personalities, strengths, and needs. We've watched our daughter grow tremendously in confidence, social skills, creativity, and independence during her time here

  • **A truly exceptional early learning community where children are nurtured, inspired, included, and genuinely loved every single day.** We have had two children at Rose Tree Early Learning Center for the past two years, and as we approach our final year there, we already know how sad we’ll be to leave. RTELC has been such a special place for our family and has given our children an incredible foundation during some of their most important early years. What makes Rose Tree so exceptional is how genuinely they live out their mission and values every single day. The school creates a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to grow into capable, confident, kind, and independent little people. There is such a strong emphasis on compassion, diversity, inclusivity, and helping every child reach their fullest potential - and you truly feel that in everything they do. The teachers are extraordinary. They are warm, loving, patient, and deeply invested in each child, while also providing the structure and guidance needed to encourage positive behavior, confidence, and growth. You can tell they view teaching as much more than a job - they put their heart and soul into making every child feel valued and special. One of the things we appreciated most was how much learning happens through creativity, exploration, and play. Our children genuinely looked forward to going to “school” every single day. RTELC somehow balances a fantastic educational curriculum with an environment that still feels joyful, relaxed, and centered around childhood wonder and discovery. The community they create for families is also incredibly special. From the amazing art show (which honestly rivals many elementary school productions!) to craft nights, holiday celebrations, and end-of-year performances that somehow make parents smile, laugh, and cry all at once - every detail is thoughtful and meaningful. We are endlessly grateful for the love, care, professionalism, and dedication the entire RTELC team has shown our family. Rose Tree is truly a remarkable community, and we will miss it tremendously when our time there comes to an end.

Questions parents ask about ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER

Is ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103894132-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Delaware County. The current certificate runs to June 30, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAR 4 - ACC, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on August 12, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 15.

Does this page show inspection results for ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects ROSE TREE EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
