I have experienced wonderful services from this center, my son Sage has autism and they are extremely exceptional with his care. I love the way they are teaching him and how he’s learning new skills. He is thriving very well because of all the care that the staff is giving him. I would recommend this center to anyone who has children and I wish I had of known about this place with my other children years ago, they would have definitely been going here !
Andy “Mira” EApr 30, 2026As a parent of Seasons Child Development Center since 2020, I have only one word EXCEPTIONAL. Being new mother and trusting my child in the care of others (especially during covid) I was nervous but the staff of Seasons made not only me but my child feel loved and welcomed. Over the years I’ve become an active parent at the center and I’ve watch my child as well as other children grow through learning and nurture. Seasons is just not a place of learning but a place where children are embraced with love and compassion beyond a curriculum. The staff of Seasons are VERY patient VERY kind VERY attentive VERY helpful to any child or parent that becomes apart of the family. My first kid started at Seasons at the tender age of 3 months and is now heading to 1st grade. All she talk about is SEASONS. Even her teacher gave hats off to the child care center she came from because of all that she knows. I now have a 2nd kid currently there and again is receiving the same love and attention. As a Parent that “My Kids Come First” choosing Seasons was the BEST DECISION I ever made. They turned my anxiety into peace and I appreciate them for that. I will always be Team Seasons and if you are a parent looking for a place where your child will GROW and LEARN you too will should consider Seasons Child Care Development Center!!!!
Angela TaylorApr 24, 2026My daughter has been attending since she was one, and her growth and development have been incredible. She’s in a loving, nurturing environment, looks forward to going to school every day, and truly adores the team there
shanise boydApr 21, 2026My baby girl has been attending Season Child Development since she was about eight months old. She’s now three. After having a terrible experience with the first day care I trusted with my child, I was blessed to find Season child daycare. My daughter took her time to walk & to talk due to the neglect & poor care at her previous facility. By the grace of God, her teacher here at Season Child Development got my baby walking in the matter of months after her enrollment, she is now speaking in 3 to 4 words sentences, she identifies all of her objects, colors, and is not afraid to show her personality, they give my girl so much life& confidence with the amount of love and pouring into her that they do! She goes on trips FREQUENTLY, which is typically unheard of at a daycare, & during the summers, they are OUT weekly, Experiencing new adventures, possibilities and opportunities at different learning and child developmental places all over the state of PA. Due to the constant adventures, hands-on learning, love, determination, and motivation that her teachers have provided her and that they instill within themselves, My daughter has grown beautifully into a toddler & she loves this daycare so much. The teachers here work with children, individually, and cater FULLY to their individual needs as well. My baby is all set for pre-K! I cannot wait! I can’t thank them enough for her steady growth, progress, & awareness of the world. Every morning we are greeted with the biggest smiles and hugs and kisses. You can never tell when the teachers are having a bad day!! I can even trust that if I’m running late in the mornings or the afternoons that she will be able to enter and that she will be safe and until I arrive. That is absolutely priceless!!!! God bless this company, the director, & the teachers here!!!! We love yall!!!! (Oh, and did I mention the potty trained my girl???!!!) CHOOSE SEASONS!!!
shanell flemingApr 21, 2026I would not recommend this daycare based on my experience. I had ongoing concerns about how children were treated, particularly those with additional needs such as autism. I observed a lack of patience, support, and appropriate care that made me very uncomfortable. There also appeared to be consistent issues with professionalism and how the center operates day-to-day. In my opinion, there should be more oversight to ensure children are receiving safe, respectful, and appropriate care. If you’re considering this daycare, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions, observe closely, and trust your instincts. Families deserve transparency and a safe environment for their children!!!!

Is SEASONS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. SEASONS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 102778890-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to February 25, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

- Pennsylvania rates SEASONS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on June 21, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against SEASONS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against SEASONS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does SEASONS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. SEASONS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for SEASONS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects SEASONS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
