They ultimately were patient with my daughter. The prek graduation was awsome! The owner was verybopen tonlearning new things about my child adhd and how we collectively could keep her successful. Ms. Erica and her other teachers showed my daughter alot of love and grace in the end.
N RJul 13, 2026Some of the people here are nice but I got a look behind doors the employees curse in front of the kids they let them cry they don’t pick them up when crying the older lady was making Similac bottles without measuring it gave a kid 5 ounces of water with just one Similac scoop giving kids the wrong bottles yanking kids arms yelling at them and they mostly were under 1 they had a kid who couldn’t walk yet and just sat him on the floor the whole time
Ciani CruzOct 3, 2023Grandson attends here. Staff is very professional, they are Covid-19 compliance, he learns something new daily. Highly recommended.

- Yes. SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL holds Pennsylvania certificate 101946730-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to July 30, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

- Pennsylvania rates SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on January 3, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
