Stay away – Zero safety and no organizationThis was the worst experience for my child. The center is completely disorganized, with a high turnover of therapists who leave constantly. In fact, an excellent therapist left after just 4 months because she couldn't take it anymore. The cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities are very poor. The most dangerous part is the lack of safety. I have repeatedly seen children left unsupervised in the outdoor area, and the staff only rushed to watch them the moment they noticed a parent was there. This constant change of staff caused severe regression and tantrums in my child. We left immediately and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Manos DemourtsidisJun 25, 2026Inglés The journey with our autistic children is very difficult and exhausting, but I have seen positive changes in my son since he started attending this center. He has improved so much that it gives me hope that, through his learning, he can become a child who adapts better to his social environment every day. If you are looking for a place where your autistic child can learn, this is the place.
Margareth Camila Recinos QuevedoMay 26, 2026I WILL BE DOING A STORY TIME WITH RECEIPTS ON OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CENTER ON TIKTOK! Some things are just unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m sure it will go viral, STAY TUNED.
GigLifeFeb 11, 2026This review reflects our personal experience with this ABA therapy center and our child. We joined the program last year and ultimately made the decision not to move forward with services. At intake, we were told our daughter could only be seen for three hours a day, with the explanation that once staffing improved she would be moved to a full-day schedule. We were also placed on a waitlist. Like many parents navigating autism services, we were told staffing shortages and waitlists were ongoing issues, and we chose to be patient. Eventually, our daughter began attending three hours a day, Monday through Friday. Therapy itself seemed okay at first, though the center was essentially one large room with various play objects shared among many children. Over time, our hours were reduced rather than increased. Our daughter went from five days a week to only three days a week—about nine total hours—despite a 35-minute commute each way for our family. When I raised concerns with the BCBA, the explanation again was understaffing. Each discussion about moving toward full-time services ended with the same response. This was extremely frustrating as a parent, especially during what are such critical developmental years. It began to feel like our child’s schedule and consistency were not being prioritized. As a result, we enrolled our daughter in daycare in addition to ABA, even though we have excellent insurance coverage and were now paying out-of-pocket for childcare. We placed her in the YMCA daycare and were told she would need a one-on-one aide. We were willing to accommodate that. However, the ABA center then stated they could still only provide three-hour sessions, meaning our insurance was being billed while we were also paying for full-time daycare. About a month and a half later, our daughter was removed from the daycare due to being labeled “too aggressive,” despite the fact that challenging behaviors are common and developmentally normal for many three-year-olds, particularly autistic children. We returned fully to this center, where we were then given a split schedule—sometimes mornings, sometimes afternoons, changing week to week. In our experience as parents, this lack of consistency was extremely difficult for our autistic child. We observed behaviors during this period that felt like regression, which was very concerning for us. Examples of her schedule included one week attending Monday and Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoon, with no predictable routine. From our perspective, this approach did not align with what we understand about the importance of structure and consistency for autistic children. Ultimately, we felt that our family’s concerns were not meaningfully addressed and that staffing challenges continually outweighed our child’s needs. This was a deeply discouraging experience for us as parents trying to advocate for our daughter. This review represents our experience only, but it is one we feel other families deserve to be aware of when making decisions about care.

Is So Love Autistic Center a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

The current certificate runs to January 8, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is So Love Autistic Center's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates So Love Autistic Center STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on January 10, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against So Love Autistic Center?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against So Love Autistic Center at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does this page show inspection results for So Love Autistic Center?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects So Love Autistic Center's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
