My son started at SHEL earlier this year!! He started daycare at 1 years old after being at home. We were nervous about starting him in a new environment, but after initially meeting Nicolette and Miranda and seeing the center, our nerves were settled. We started with Miss Dom in the transitional toddlers room and are so thankful for her patience with our son’s transition into daycare!! He has since moved rooms and we are truly so thankful for all the staff with being so caring and helpful during his transitions!! The staff and the directors are great with communication and we couldn’t ask for a better daycare experience!!
Shauna NunesJul 3, 2026My daughter started attending Springhouse Early Learning last fall. I visited 4 daycares in the area and we are really happy with our choice, our experience has been wonderful. My daughter loves her teachers, their staff are caring, attentive, and create a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn and grow. One of the things we appreciate most is the summer camp program. Our son is attending this summer, and he absolutely loves it! Every day he comes home excited to share what he did, and it’s clear how much thought and effort goes into creating fun, engaging activities for the kids. We are so happy we chose this daycare for our family and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing place where their children will thrive.
Daiana ThompsonJul 1, 2026We’ve had our 3 kids there for almost a year and are very happy with the transition (to the new daycare). Initially, the biggest draws for us were flexible schedule options, meal program (added perk), consistent teachers/directors, and structure mixed with play, especially outdoor play. The teachers have been so nurturing and easy to communicate with. As are the directors who are top notch. Everyone there (kids, other parents, teachers and directors) are always pleasant to interact with. Another added perk has been all of their fun events like mothers/fathers day, movie night, etc. they also do staff appreciation days which I think says a lot to how they operate and treat each other. It makes it feel like one big family!
Jessica HeavenJul 1, 2026This is our second year sending our 5- and 7-year-olds to their summer camp, and we've had another great experience! The staff keeps the kids engaged with a variety of fun activities, weekly taekwondo classes, and exciting field trips. One of my favorite features is the food program, including Pizza Fridays. It saves me so much time in the mornings by not having to pack lunches every day. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering everything that's included. Our kids always look forward to camp, and we appreciate knowing they're having fun while staying active all summer. I highly recommend them!
Melissa Lee-AgawaJun 30, 2026We enjoy having our son attend Spring House Early Learning Center. From the start of his attendance at 6 months until now 16 months we have seen him develop and build relationships not only with his teachers ( infant room) Miss Amaya and Miss Jaime. And even now that he has transitioned into the (transitional toddler and young toddler rooms) with Ms. Dominique, Ms. Teagan, Ms. Amber, and Ms. Casey he has continued to enjoy his time there. Its amazing to see how much his is learning and the care they take with our little guy. He is happy to go and be with everyone and we appreciate the team. They address concerns when brought to then as well. Thank you 😊
Jasmine ClarkJun 24, 2026I’ve had all my children attend Springhouse. I love it here. The teachers are so supportive of my children. My kids love going to school. They are excited to see their teachers every morning and they don’t want to go home when I come pick them up. The communication is great with the staff. If you forget to tell the teacher your child had a rough night, you can message them on the brightwheel app! I would recommend this daycare to anyone.

Questions parents ask about SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING
Is SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING holds Pennsylvania certificate 102388250-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Montgomery County. The current certificate runs to April 11, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on August 20, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 17.
Does this page show inspection results for SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects SPRINGHOUSE EARLY LEARNING's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
