Questions parents ask about STAY N PLAY DAY CARE
Is STAY N PLAY DAY CARE a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. STAY N PLAY DAY CARE holds Pennsylvania certificate 100213138-0003, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Indiana County. The current certificate runs to April 2, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is STAY N PLAY DAY CARE's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates STAY N PLAY DAY CARE STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on March 12, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against STAY N PLAY DAY CARE?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against STAY N PLAY DAY CARE at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does STAY N PLAY DAY CARE accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. STAY N PLAY DAY CARE holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 3.
Does this page show inspection results for STAY N PLAY DAY CARE?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects STAY N PLAY DAY CARE's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
