We have two children enrolled at Summit and I have nothing negative to say. Our daughter was very introverted and not adventurous in any way and being enrolled here has really helped her grow. Our son is in the infant room and he has bonded with his teachers and gets excited to see them in the morning. They do so many fun activities with the babies and it’s awesome to see them be mentally stimulated. All in all, it has been a wonderful experience for our family.
Madeline BirdMar 29, 2026Summit Early Learning has been wonderful with my child's learning. They exceeded more than my expectations. The staff is wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better place to send my child too. He has learned so much. They make you feel that your child matters. It is a safe and caring environment. The teachers are great.

Tiff PoethFeb 15, 2024Lewisburg summit is amazing!! My granddaughter is 4 yr. Started there at the age of 1 yr. She has learned so much there with the amazing staff! All teachers and administrators greet me everytime the see me. My granddaughter loves getting up and going to “school” as we call it. They do daily learning and fun activities with the kids. I enjoy seeing all the stuff she brings home. I know she is safe and well taken care of when I drop her off. I don’t have to worry and I can enjoy my day at work knowing she is happy and safe. The staff/admin make summit work/safe/fun!! I recommend sending your child there!
Heather EdisonJan 17, 2024Teachers are great, administration are terrible. Their covid protocols are ever changing and make no sense. This places closes every single month due to covid. Like clockwork over the past 5 months, they have closed every 4 weeks. They must test their employees monthly and each month someone tests positive so they close the younger kids classrooms for 10 days. Teachers are vaccinated and they all wear masks yet classrooms have to be closed. They will claim it's for safety but children are not affected by covid the way older people are or those with pre existing health issues. Summit receives orders from the state so these covid protocols will never go away. Think long and hard before you send your little ones here. They will be closing monthly so your employer better allow you to use a lot of time off. I will post monthly with updates of when summit in Lewisburg closes. Anticipating next closure middle of May. Stay tuned.
Paul ThomasApr 23, 2022Every one who works there are friendly and great caring people.

- Pennsylvania rates SUMMIT Early Learning-Lewisburg STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on September 21, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against SUMMIT Early Learning-Lewisburg?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against SUMMIT Early Learning-Lewisburg at the time the record was published. Does SUMMIT Early Learning-Lewisburg accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. SUMMIT Early Learning-Lewisburg holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 8.
Does this page show inspection results for SUMMIT Early Learning-Lewisburg?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects SUMMIT Early Learning-Lewisburg's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
