While on the walking trail today, I witnessed a caregiver in the outdoor play area at Summit Early Learning yelling angrily at a young child who was crying. She repeatedly demanded he "stop crying" and aggressively questioned, "Where are your shoes?" Two other adult caregivers were on the porch and did nothing to stop this behavior. With what I observed, I would not feel comfortable leaving my child in this daycare. This behavior is concerning and inappropriate for a childcare environment.
